It was a great experience when I went there on Friday. The girls were nice and took care of my order. I drive a truck and I had room to park. Come in the subway and get a sandwich.

The staff here was super friendly and kind, and very understanding when we left and went to eat elsewhere because they are no longer allowed to accept coupons, per the owner’s instructions. This location has always been a bit odd, not carrying some of the new items the chain brings out, but no longer accepting coupons? Sorry, lost my business there. Call me a cheapskate – I am when it comes to chain restaurants.
Best of luck staying open with those business practices. The employees said they have been slow all winter because of it. Maybe it’ll be like El Jalapeño across the street when it closes – and we’ll get a Jimmy John’s in it’s place. One can only hope.

I watched both employees use dirty gloves one wiped her nose other grabbing all the appliances I asked her to change her gloves she said they are new I said u touched all this surfaces then tried to touch my food she keep saying they are clean young girl says I apologize for how she is talking. I said don’t apologize for me wanting clean gloves the girl touching your food right now has scratched her nose 2 times…nasty kids working and being upset because I want clean buggerless gloves

Greedy owner doesn’t accept coupons. Price doesn’t justify an average sandwich. I’ll stick to Farmstead Market, Whiffle Boy’s and Pizza Villa subs…non chains that beat them on price, taste and give back to the community. I can’t imagine why anyone would come here.

The remodel is beautiful, food was great, but the best part of the whole trip was the two young ladies that were there working. It has been a long hard week for this mama and those ladies not only gave incredible service but we’re so kind to my kid who really needed. Even if the food were subpar (which it was NOT), I’d go back just to have the outstanding service. I did not get their names but if you were there working today about 3:30, keep shining and being kind, the world needs more of you ❤️

Hey, I always get the same thing. Footlong cold cut combo. Tried and true. It was off this time. Not as tasty. But the staff sweet charming and friendly. Even though they were slammed!

They are always very friendly. Food is always good. The only issue is that we always order double meat, pay for double meat, and don’t get double meat. My son ordered a Titan Turkey online the other day. It’s supposed to have 33% more meat and he ordered double meat on top of that. When he opened it up, it had regular meat on the sandwich.

This is not my first time encountering this exact same experience however tonight seemed enough to warrant a review. Overall visiting Subway makes me feel anxious, as though I’ve somehow inconvenienced the employees. Cash only sign taped to the window, no coupons honored sign taped to the counter, chairs flipped upside down on the tables (1 hour and 45 minutes before closing time), and then three young ladies working without a greeting when we entered. As we ordered our very simple request it seemed like we’d asked them to throw a lasso around the moon and pull it down. As if the big eyes, sighs, raised brows, and nonexistent eye contact wasn’t enough, we didn’t get so much as a have a nice night, thanks for coming, or send off of any kind. I hate to have to continue to inconvenience the employees with my business however we are limited with takeout options in town.
