I haven’t eaten Subway in years. Figured I would give it a try again with coupons I had. As I went into this location there was only one employee. As I walked in there were no other customers, as she came up front from the back. I wasn’t greeted, nor looked at until she got to the bar. I couldn’t even pick what I wanted as I haven’t been here in years but wanted to go based on the coupon deals. As I pulled them out of my pocket. She immediately stopped me and addressed that this location does not accept coupons? While she pointed this out to me, I was shocked to hear and see the attitude behind her words and body language. I never wanted to leave a restaurant so fast. However I still, ordered as I was in a rush for my own lunch. Wanted something cheap so I ordered a 6 inch. The employee for the remainder of my order gave me distasteful looks and tone throughout my time there. In the end, a total of $13 for a 6inch I picked off the menu just so I could leave.
The sandwich alone was a mess and did not taste good for $13. Terrible experience, employee, and service. I will go many more years without any urge to come again due to prices and lack of simple representation.

My husband and I came in about an hour before closing and we were greeted with two of the friendliest Subway workers we’ve had in a long while. Avery and Abby were awesome! Avery was patient while I was figuring out what I wanted and weren’t mad when we dined in so close to closing. We will absolutely return to this location when we have a hankering for footlongs! Thank you Avery and Abby for making our Subway experience wonderful tonight.

The rudest Subway I ever been to!
Hardly put any marinara sauce on my meatball sub
Then commits to making my sandwich sloppy and not putin the toppings inside of the bread !

I came here twice once there was an older lady working, she was very rude and had no idea what she was doing. I got sick after eating that sub. Thought well give it one more shot went back one day and there was an older man working. I had no issues during that visit. Didn’t get sick. I think maybe the lady is doing some cross contamination or not washing hands or something because I only got sick when she made my sandwich. So I changed my rating based on that. But bet if I see her working I will not be going there again.

(1) The service here ain’t great and the manager isn’t friendly by any means
(2) Buddy if your business is struggling, denying coupons is going to be the worst possible idea to change that. God knows if I could redeem them here, I’d ACTUALLY give them business.

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches and chips. 1 bag of chips was the wrong kind and 1 of the sandwiches was also wrong amd was given a completely different item. I called the restaurant and informed the manager on the phone that part of my order was wrong and was rudely told “what do you want me to do about it?” I asked if my food could be made correctly and was told “I guess” and was abruptly hung up on. My husband drove back to rhe restaurant to receive the corrected items and was given a hard time before the food was fixed. I have never eaten at this particular location before but figured I’d try it out since it is close to home. I will not return due to the lack of professionalism from the manager.

The only thing I can really knock them on is the pricing. I get a footlong with chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce. That’s it. And it runs $12 before a drink. And they don’t accept coupons at this location so there’s no way to save. Quality of food and service is what you’d expect, just wish it was a bit cheaper

Older lady needs to be trained on good health practices in food establishments. She was handling the broom and touching her hair with gloves on and then preceded to make my sandwich with those same gloves on. You better believe I walked straight out and will not be returning.

This was my go to Subway but I will never use this location ever again. A very unprofessional employee made my online order incorrectly twice! They refused to correct the issue. And even loudly argued with me in front of other customers! The manager was even more unprofessional and rude. I never took time to write a bad review EVER! And i never cared so much about a sandwich but the principal and standard of customer service is missing and that’s extremely disturbing!
