They made my sandwich wrong and refused to remake it despite the fact that it had stuff that I could not eat. Even though they took my money they wouldn’t remake the sandwich. That’s disgusting.

I ordered 1 foot-long sub on flatbread and was told by a male worker that looks like he is in high school that they make foot longs like “wraps”, where they give you half the meat, cheese, and toppings for the price of a foot long. I corrected the worker saying that’s the incorrect way to make that sandwich. The worker responded saying he was trained to make sandwiches like this even though you are supposed to prepared them the long way not the short way a.k.A FOOTLONG. It disappoints me that this worker wasn’t trained properly to make a simple sandwich. I have been to all subways in Carbondale and none of them does this! I apologize for the complaint but this was ridiculous but the fast food worker was friendly.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. While I was using the restroom, an employee unlocked the door and came in while I was in there. When I confronted her, she told me the bathrooms are “supposed to be locked” — but they already were locked, I had checked before going in. This was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected. Bathrooms are supposed to provide privacy, not embarrassment. I will not be coming back to this location.

The staff doesn’t really seem very helpful. I took some coupons earlier this year and they accepted them, the next time I went they told me they didn’t accept them anymore. A few weeks later I tried again and they accepted them again. It’s like they can’t make up their minds. The worst part is, they send coupons every month but don’t accept them :/ kinda stupid.

This Subway uses the app. You can get good deals through the app and then order for pickup and it will be ready without having to wait in line.
I like the space of this Subway; it isn’t cramped and it is pretty relaxed. It is next to Dunkin as well if you or the people you are with want coffee or donuts, too.
