Despite being a regular I was apparently not trust worthy enough to use the bathroom before ordering, they wanted me to pay for my Sandwhich first which is cool but I planned on ordering pick up through the app while I was in the lobby so I can get the 6.99 deal and also be there to tell them how to make my sandwhich since the app doesn’t allow you to go into detail like that
Told the dark haired older woman that I literally cannot hold it long enough to make my order and left
The business across the street had no problem letting a pregnant woman use their bathroom and now I’m on the way to the location on grand avenue for my lunch
Even though everywhere else is closer to me I will never return to this location after being disrespected like this

The 4:30 Crew, refused to add extra spinach and lettuce to a veggie sub. After stated I will pay for extra. Another person comes to window. Charged me for a Veggie delight salad, okay that’s fine. Ordered a foot long pretzel today. It is over cooked. Burnt on bottom and both ends, and hard as a rock . The girl that came to the window was not pleasant at all. Ask her if it came with cheese (which most do), she said it didn’t and she didn’t even ask if I wanted some cheese when I ordered. When I called the store no one answer the phone, after so many rings it hangs up.

My experience is too long to place here. But I was charged about $10 or more over what I paid the last time for 2 footlong meals and a 6″ meal. Plus charged for different types of sandwiches because I didn’t have them made like they are listed on the menu board. And then was told it was due to prices and taxes going up a few days ago.

Went to the wrong store and ended up walking 45 minutes to get my sandwich I ordered on the app. The cashier was unprofessional and acted as it was a inconvenience to at least warm my sandwich up because I just got off work. She got upset and stated she made the sandwich so long ago it didn’t matter to which I asked to have it remade since it was there so long, said she had to call the manager, and I agreed to have her explain the situation. After calling manager Heather I explained it was my mistake and all I wanted was some hot food and after confirming I didn’t eat the food already she asked the cashier to remake my sandwich. Which I said thank you and turned around and the cashier started saying this isn’t the policy and that she’ll make the sandwich but something. I didn’t feel comfortable eating any food she would have prepared after. Would like a refund if possible
Edit since the manager authorized the remake sandwich I didn’t feel comfortable eating, I’m not eligible for a refund. This store is among the worst food joints in Carbondale

Placed an order online at 12:15pm for pickup at 12:35. Got to restaurant at 12:45 and order wasn’t ready. No one in line so they weren’t busy. One person in front of me also trying to pickup an online order that shocker, also wasn’t ready. stood at the counter until 1:10 or so when finally they handed us our order. ALMOST 30 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS TO BE READY FOR US TO PICKUP. Then had one piece of chicken on my no bread bowl. ONE! INSANITY TO PAY $12 dollars for no meat. Also didn’t include a fork. So no way to eat said bowl. Workers were moving so slow and one was out back chain smoking the whole time we were there. Make it right and do better next time.
