$12 for a sandwich with little to no meat. Second time this has happened now and leaving messages for the manager does NO good! Still haven’t been contacted! We never order less than $50 when we order so being as they don’t care about the customers, I will NEVER order or eat here again!!!! GET IT TOGETHER AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Nasty! Warm mayo. They said they don’t refrigerate it and then tried to backtrack. Just gross. I don’t care if it “gets warm” if you add it to a hot sandwich. If you add it to a cold sandwich it should not be room temperature. And the employee eating it straight and wiping it up off the counter and eating it, didn’t help your case for it being “good to eat” ( ANYTHING there)

Ok , so12’ steak sub, Italian bread , shaved ‘ stake’ . First bread was like a rubber! Second shaved ‘ steak ‘ was not stake at all but some suspicious ground meet with some flavor! Third missing all the extras in hat were paid for! Don’t poison yourself! This one I throw into garbage bin tbh. It was not eatable!

Slowest Subway I’ve ever been too, every time I go there. Used to be the best one around when they were across the street. Terrible parking lot. 20 minutes in line every time. Always working on online orders and ignore you when you come in. Always out of stuff. Dirty. Disappointing. Used to live this place. Been coming since it was across from Dollar General in the 90s.

The girl with the dark hair and glasses is the rudest food service worker I’ve ever came across. The blonde is super sweet but the dark haired girl is awful. 10/10 don’t recommend unless the young blondish girl with the piercing takes your order.

We visited the new subway in West Frankfort on 8/31/2021 at 6:48pm. My husband and I both went in the store to wait in line. While in the store there were 2 employees eating at a table. They both had on subway uniforms. They were having the most disgusting LOUD conversations. There was a woman up at the counter ordering who obviously knew them. They kept yelling back and forth with each other and the girls behind the counter joined in. I have never felt more uncomfortable. I managed to get 2 of the employees names. The two sitting down made me lose my appetite. They were disgusting. I could not believe that they were belching and making such disgusting noises so loudly. I will NEVER go back. The food was terrible and it normally isn’t. The other customers in the store felt the same I’m sure. I would at least like my money back. I am so disappointed because we used to go there all the time! Those employees will cost this place customers. I called to speak to the owner and was told that I could not. They refused to give me his number.

As with many on the go meals in today’s world this establishment is no different. Although the dining area and restrooms are clean the service could be tuned a little better. Granted most of the staff are high school/early college kids so the sandwiches are a little sloppy and rushed when being assembled. The sandwiches always taste fresh though and if you get the five dollar foot long specials then to me that’s a deal. Besides the young staff always in a rush there are no complaints that I can think of about this establishment.

Great Subway sandwiches but with small town friendliness!! Amy made conversation with us as we were getting our meals and she was super patient and nice to the kids too! She knew we were traveling through because she’s “been here 13 years and hasn’t seen y’all before”. She wished us safe travels before we left too. Great example of outstanding customer service.
