Had made my order online so we could go in and grab it. Came home they forgot my chips, my sandwich was made horribly, half of my sandwich didn’t have bread on it, it was missing! Plus whenever we go there and order inside they are extremely rude. Will be going to Benton from now on.

We stopped in to grab a couple sandwiches to go. This was Friday 9/27/24 in the evening. The young girl working was filling to-go orders and never even looked at us let alone acknowledge our presents. We stood waiting but she kept working the to- go orders one after the other. She had a very sour look on her face so I don’t think she likes working there. That is not the customer’s fault. You should greet the customer finish the order you are working on and then fill their order. We waited several minutes without so much as a glance, so rude.
We left and will never be back.
I have heard other people complaining about the service at this location so they may not be around much longer. I do not recommend this business. Unless you like standing around and being ignored.

Ordered a Titan Turkey, Burger roll up, cheesey garlic and pizza through the app. They were done in 5 minutes and it was great! One of the better subways. Everyone has their challenges.

I’ve tried to go eat there about 4-5 times. Literally out of everything even bread and they were very rude about it. Meat tastes awful and not like any other subway. I’m surprised this place even stays open. Please someone we need a place for good deli sandwiches in Christopher.

We were very disappointed. The meat was covered up, you can not see if it is fresh. Prices have skyrocketed. The young lady who helped us was polite and did a good job of making our sandwiches. We were not disappointed with her.

We placed an order using the app for 2 footlongs last night. Placed the order around 6:50 and the app said we could pick it up at 7:15. I arrived at 7:15 and there was one lady in line. The girl behind the counter said our order wasn’t ready and asked the other girl to start making our order. It took her 12 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid standing in line at the store. We were completely aggravated and this is not the first time it has happened at this location.

This is by far, the best Subway around. Everything is always fresh like it should be. I have been to other local subways and the bread always seems so unbelievably dry. Everyone here is very nice and customer driven
