Between the app and the lack of customer service, Subway has become awful. First the app fails and not only does it take forever to work, it looses my chips. Then they forget my cookies and when I ask for a refund for the cookies, they hang up on me.

My wife went to grab some sandwiches for us to eat. I ask for Philly cheese steak with pepper jack cheese, onion, and peppers. I request the bread not be toasted. So I get a cold Philly steak cheese with the cheese not melted. You think being a steak sandwich the meat would be heated up. I guess not.

Very friendly workers the food was good but my taste buds just differ from others due to a health issue so it didn’t have much taste to me but my grandson said it was just me and it usually is but it was a very clean store and very friendly workers I will come again thank you ladies for your respectable service much appreciated and God bless you

It was a super busy lunch hour today; the three women working had great teamwork, and are/were busting their bottoms to get everyone thru quickly, and honestly it’s the best subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I appreciate how kind they were even tho the door kept dinging. I waited, maybe 10-15minutes, but it was well worth it.

On my last visit it was a positive experience. There were two girls working there. I don’t know their names but they were friendly enough and knew the menu. Got my order right the first time. Prices are a little extreme nowadays though. I definitely recommend taking coupons.

Sandwiches were delivered two had sauce that were not ordered and it’s not a big deal but one also had tomato’s on it when none were ordered. churro came burnt and so hard it was barely edible. truly disappointed when i called they said contact doordash but i didn’t order it through doordash.

The food was really good but could have been better if the toasted sandwiches. could’ve been toasted as the toaster was broken. Usually they are excellent so the toaster being on the blink can be overlooked as long as it’s not permanent (I don’t think it will be for too long). Could use a refresher course on friendliness though. On a scale of 1 to 10 an 8 overall!!
Everything is back to normal now and I couldn’t have been happier with my following visit and the staff seems to have stepped it up on the customer service and relations. A+ as far as I’m concerned!
