READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!! Ordered a sandwich through the app wanted the veggies toasted they put a whole section called “special instructions” on the app for a reason!!! Prints out on the paper you are given just read the paper it’s not that hard!!

Employee was super rude. Was on her phone. When she came over to make my sandwich she started slamming things around. Told her my sandwich. She started making incorrectly. She continued to slam things and make my sandwich wrong. Just said Denver mind and walked out. This location has always been relatively dirty. They should shut this location down.

Totally disappointed, I ordered online, I went to the window and they didn’t give me an order. I had to take down the food. The bread was toasted and super tasty. Without chicken, it’s nothing like what they paint it in the photo. I was extremely disappointed.

Was there Sunday & the sandwiches along with the fellow makings the sandwiches were great. There was a female there, as well, that did nothing to help the young man, as the workers usually work together to assemble the sandwiches. She did nothing to help him. We as patrons had to wait longer than necessary. And you as employers paid labor for a female to do nothing.

I know that people can start rattling off random stuff in the drive-thru. However I just clearly stated my order and then had to COMPLETELY state it again and then got to the window to repeat it AGAIN and then get to repeat it one more time before she hands me my food, now 20 mins later I have to wrong food. The normal girl that works the window is great but the combo they have today is not working out!

To start with we had to repeat our order several times, we ordered a foot long cold cut trio, white bread, pepper jack cheese with lettuse, banana pepers, tomatoes, pickles, black olives with, salt and pepper and parmesean vinegaret dressing. With one bag of bar be que chips, one bag of salt and vinegar chips one large coke. The sandwich only had lettuse, 2 pieces of green peppers and one pickle the other half had 2 pickles, 3 pieces of green pepper and a handful of jalapeños. No salt, pepper or dressing.
1 salad with Buffalo chicken and ranch dressing, which they ask if we wanted lettuce in it???
It only had 3 pieces of chicken on it which was not Buffalo it was plain, not even any Buffalo sauce! Then proceeded to tell us we don’t have tomatoes, we are out of bar b que chips we are out of coke what else do you want.
We paid for it, then they had customers come in the front door and they stopped our order and waited on them and fixed their sandwiches before ours after waiting all that time. He did offer us a cookie for each of us. The service was terrible. But the 2 working were very nice and polite.

I had a flatbread sandwich today. It tasted like cardboard…it is a different kind of flatbread than what they have used before…maybe it was heated too long and that made it tough. But the taste .The kids working were nice and polite.

I thought I would just go through drive thru and order a sandwich. They have a new machine that you have to poke in your order. Ok that’s fine but if you can’t get the machine to work how are you suppose to order. I tried many times to get it to advance but NOPE. Un-allowed! Drove away. I guess if I want to order a sandwich, don’t use the drive-thru. This is the Best you have?? How about using a human.
