Ordered a pepperoni and cheese dipper on the app and the one received was less than satisfying. It has 2 pepperoni’s on it with hardly any cheese. It wouldn’t even stay rolled up. Ordered cheese sauce with it and it’s near frozen. Ordered 8/2/25 @ 2pm

I stopped in today hoping to order the meal of the day, which was the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Since I do not eat pork, I politely asked for the meal without bacon. The employee refused to accommodate this simple request and insisted I could not order it without the pork. I proceeded to check out but was charged the full price regardless. When I mentioned that I intended to leave a review, she became dismissive and unprofessional.
I will not be returning. For other travelers—especially those with dietary or religious restrictions—be aware that this location is not accommodating or courteous. A little respect and flexibility go a long way, especially when serving weary customers on the road.

My husband & I came in 5 mins before closing not realizing & we could tell they were cleaning up. They insisted we stayed & got taken care of. They were the sweetest & the food was amazing! It’s workers like these that keep customers coming back!! Keep up the great work!!

We go to this Subway frequently. Sometimes it is better than others. Stacy is always amazing!! However today Crystal waited on us and we were very dissappointed with her attitude, lack of attention/service/communication, and quality of preparation of our sandwiches and soup. We had our sandwiches grilled but the meat was barely warm, the cheese was not melted at all and the bread was hardly toasted. The young gentleman that assisted her did a good job in finishing our sandwiches. When she dished up the soup she slopped it all over and on the side of the cup. The young man noticed and cleaned it up. We ate in the restaurant and needless to say our sandwich was barely warm and almost cool. If you go here and she waits on you I hope your experience is better than ours. Make sure you watch her make you sandwich. We witnessed her toasting for 13 secs and others toast for 23 secs.

These people act like the portions come out of their pay check.. I walk in 2 workers are at the front counter on their phone, there was cheese with the tomatoes somehow? I usually have a great experience but today was the worst I’ve had here. The workers were extremely rude, and it wasn’t until a lady came from the back to ring me out that I actually felt welcomed in the store! And the crazy part about it one of the 2 up front was the shift lead!

Subs are good as always. But the prices are getting high. Over $9 for 12 inch steak sub, over $7 for 12 inch cold cut combo… might as well go to a sit down restaurant and have lunch there.
