The employees are awesome! The owner, corporate, whoever… The owner has no right to refuse a coupon that clearly states what sandwiches are excluded on the coupon. We ordered a sandwich, Philly cheese steak, and was made to pay full price, because Corporate told the employees they couldn’t use the coupon for this sandwich. Instead of $8, we paid $16!!! This has happened 2 times now! I sent my 17 year old son both times. He pointed out the exclusions. The employees refused the coupon both times! I would like a response and refund!

Place wasn’t busy i was the only person in there and patiently waited, both orders were completely wrong, not toasted wrong sauces ( some sauces were switched), barley anything on them, not the right veggies on them. It’s like they do it on purpose and then smirk about it and wonder why the cash tip never leaves my pocket not the only time this has happened. Will definitely never go back. It went in the trash it was so disgusting. The younger works tend to always make them correctly not sure why two older women are incapable of making sandwiches how they are ordered.

If you like your order being wrong every single time, even on a super simple sub this is the place for you. When we have gone inside and legitimately told them to their faces what we wanted they put things on it that weren’t even mentioned and then gave us attitude when we corrected them. They also have not figured out how to read their mobile order slips which lists out what goes on it in a step by step fashion and the order is still always wrong. If you order double or 50% more meat it is never put on the sandwich so you end up paying up to $4 more for a standard sub. The new interior looks awesome but it would be better if sandwiches could get made correctly the first time.

Will never eat there again. Watched employee sweep floor then take same broom and brush off tables with it. Talked to management and they. .watched tape to confirm and that was it. Notified corporate Subway and they had manager call us, she tried to smooth it over by offering a 6 inch sandwich voucher by mail that we have not received to this day 6 months later. No thank you

I ordered a meatball sub today. I will just say now I’m a rather picky eater. I love subway for their meatball subs. Today’s was a bit off, as I kept eating i kept getting whole tomato pieces and some were stems. I almost didn’t finish my sandwich. I hope they learn to blend the sauce better or this may be my last trip in to subway in Olney IL: update- ended up throwing other half of sand which away. Couldn’t do the whole tomato’s. What a waste of money… the meatballs don’t even taste the same anymore. Come on subway step it up!

So my phone notifies me I should rate and review every resteraunt I’m at because my location is on so here we go. Saw my good friend Zach here, he was very helpful and probably the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at any Subway ever. The steak and cheese sandwich I got was unforgettable. The envirement was chill as a cucumber. Overall a 5 star experience
