I do not give reviews however today i must. I ordered on line and when the wife came to pick up the lady at the counter was extremely rude one of my subs did not have the meat that i paid for. Its really unacceptable to be rude when a guest pays for a service and cant even get what its being paid for and to top it off have to be disrespected from someone because of how they feel please find respectful people this will kill your business when guests stop coming

The manager on 1/12 was so rude. She wouldn’t take our coupon (it was not cut in the right place) even though we had the full sheet of coupons. She then turned us away for asking her to please find a way to take it. She closed the window on us and walked away. I then tried to call to complain and she hung up on me. Would not recommend this place and would recommend firing her.

My order was called in early for 5pm pickup. Two of sandwiches weren’t even what I ordered. I asked about the sandwiches I wanted,and was told they weren’t included on the foot long coupon deals. So I didn’t get them. One of sandwiches was made on wrong bread and tuna sandwich, was supposed to have veggies in separate container, so I could chop up for person with choking issues, instead were placed on sandwich. Also bread was hard. Overall a bad experience and I won’t return.

Went in to pick up an online order and order a sandwich for another person in my party. I don’t even know where to begin. When we placed the order online tomato was marked out of stock, which is something that we typically get on the sandwich. The cheese that was ordered on the sandwich was unavailable. Not a big deal, I just switched the order up a bit and moved on. I asked for tomato in a container on the side since it turns out they had it. It seemed like I put the girl out. Move onto the second sandwich and when she was putting vegetables on, I had her repeatedly asking “Is that it?” As well as another person asking if I’m adding anything else to the order and about payment. I felt rushed and the woman making my sandwich was extremely rude.
Fast forward, I get home not even 10 minutes later and the meatballs are ICE cold. When I called the shift lead offered a credit (which I accepted) and I let her know I felt the lady making the sandwich was rude and rushing the entire time. The shift lead responded “Well, we could tell you were impatient so we were just trying to speed up the process for you.” Never in my life have I been so disappointed in customer service.
I’m not sure if having my friends order wrote out was what led them to believe I was “impatient” but a basic of customer service is that having a bad attitude towards customers, offers the same back.
After the use of the credit I receive for the ice cold sandwich, I won’t return to this subway.
Update: A week later and I have still not received a phone call from management regarding any kind of credit that the shift lead offered.

Try to give them a second chance ended up getting a double meat. BLT pay an extra four dollars for the double meat to only get four pieces of bacon on the BLT Will not be ordering again over this.

Almost triple the price of what it used to be and only half of the ingredients that used to be put on it. I get prices go up just like everywhere else but if you’re gonna raise the prices like that, at least give us the same amount of ingredients that you used to put on them before. Ridiculous. I got the sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and the chicken was only on one half of it and very little lettuce and tomato. It was mostly just bread with sauce. The sandwich I got was definitely not worth $10, let alone the $15 I actually paid. Won’t be going back to any subway for a long long time.

I ordered a sandwich that typically comes with Mayo. I specifically said hold the Mayo when I ordered. I got Mayo anyway and let the preparer know that I had requested no Mayo. Then I was served a big helping of bad attitude because the sandwich wasn’t prepared correctly. Instead of “ Oh, sorry. Guess I didn’t hear you” I got a nasty comeback. So I guess I won’t be coming back. Almost $10 for a six inch and a bag of chips. No extra charge for the surly attitude though!

I’ve waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, waiting for my order to be taken and then someone who walks in gets waited on. No one ever came back on the intercom to take my order so I had to drive off. There was a vehicle behind me also.
