I usually order the same turkey sub, but today the cucumbers on the sandwich was VERY SLIMY. I took them off, but it still messed up the sandwich.

I went around noon on a Friday and had a wonderful experience! There was no wait, and all the ingredients I wanted were there and fresh and delicious. There is a lot of seating and a hand sanitizer stand. They have a soda fountain area. I recommend the cookies! The woman who made my sandwich and checked me out was very friendly and accurate. I’ll definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

3 times in a month I ordered extra meat and was charged 20 bucks for it but no extra meat. They have it fixed to where you can not see how much meat they put on your sandwich. I won’t be back.

Got a sandwich from there this morning. The elderly woman who made it was extremely rude. Not only that, but she messed my order up, badly. Didn’t toast my bread or apply the correct sauces. Put the vinegar directly on the bread before any other ingredients so it was very soggy. She refused to make me a new sandwich after I let her know.

Came here after bad service at the Glen Carbon location. The ladies could not have been nicer. They acknowledged us right away, even though they were busy, and stayed very pleasant throughout our visit. The food was great. We appreciate it.

Went in for two sandwhichs and was helped by two older women today July 12, around 11am. Was reading off an order from the phone and the lady making the sandwiches got very visibly upset. The sandwhich were supposed to be toasted but were still soft and made poorly right in front of my eyes. Then I asked for a churro and the lady sighed as if I had inconvenienced her by asking her to do her job. Mind you there was not another customer in sight. Once she did give the churro, it was disgusting. No cinnamon sugar, under cooked, and straight up gross. Bad service, bad attitudes, and bad food.

I ordered a pepperoni and cheese dipper, got no pepperoni in it and didn’t get my side of ranch. And I asked for extra sauces on my sandwich and barely got any. This location is so hit and miss that I’ve stopped ordering from here so often but how do you miss pepperoni in a pepperoni and cheese dipper? it wasn’t busy, there was one person in the whole store ordering and no other onlines. Also I called because I wanted to speak to a manager and was told one wouldn’t be there till Tuesday.

Very poor selection of topping. I believe that the employee had put away the prep table sides early hoping he could just sit at the table watching tiktoc until he shift was over. Worst $20 sandwich meal I’ve ever had. He didn’t even cut the sandwich in half or give me an option to put sauce on top I really would have like something on my dry no topping sandwich.

My family and I stopped at this Subway to order sandwiches to go. We live 30 minutes away and when we got home and opened our sandwiches, my tuna sub had very little tuna on it. It was a 6 inch and had less than one of their ice cream scoops of tuna on my sandwich. We opened my son’s sandwich that was supposed to be an All American Club and it was just turkey and cheese!! We were charged the almost $9 for the club that was only a turkey. When I called to ask how much tuna they put on a 6 inch, I was told 2 scoops. I made them aware that they charged us for the Club, but only had turkey and cheese on it. Being that I live 30 minutes from them and the price of gas, I did not decide to drive the sandwiches back to make it”right” and I was told there was nothing else they could do. Make sure they make your sandwich right before you leave. We will not return to this Subway nor recommend them.
