The manager is incredibly rude, my little sister had issues with the online ordering and called for help. The manager was mean to her and unhelpful… my sister didn’t even ask for a refund or a free sandwich just for help because she was charged for it and wanted to figure out why. The manager said she’d call back and didn’t… she was then very rude to my sister when she came in to see what went wrong. Don’t recommend them.

Subway has a new line up and I was excited to try it. I had been attempting to order online which was not working. So instead I went in to order one of the new Teriyaki Blitz sandwiches. The lady was working on 5 different sandwiches at the time and was extremely busy but when she got to me and asked what I wanted on my Chicken teriyaki I corrected her and said that should be a Teriyaki Blitz. Her response “that isn’t what I heard” as she stood there holding my sandwich waiting for me to tell her what to put on it. After a few awkward moments of her just staring at me, no apology, no offer to correct, just basically a you are SOL stare, I accepted the sandwich. Normally, I would have insisted on a correction but I felt bed with how slammed they were – there were lines of people in front of me and behind me. For future, I would recommend a better ordering system if they cannot hear behind the counter. I would also recommend some customer service training. I hope her day gets better.

Went and got 3 subs. Two were tuna subs. Barely any tuna on either one. Toppings are literally counted and give you very little. For what you spend go somewhere else. Firehouse subs and Jersey mikes load your sandwich. Subway has become over priced and doesn’t deliver.

Wow!! I stopped eating at subway about 8 years ago when I discovered Jersey Mike’s.. but I recently heard that Subway revamped their menu and decided to give them a try. I am SO glad I did! These subs are delicious and I’ll be adding this to our go-to list!

Of course the prices went way up. There is no such thing as THE $5 FOOTLONG. I only gave 2 stars because I don’t get very many toppings, but the toppings I do get, they were very stingy with them!! On a 6 inch turkey with bacon, they gave me 7 black olives, which 2 fell off. And only 6 spinach leaves, 3 pieces of onion and 4 pieces of green pepper. At almost $13, I don’t think I will ever go back!!

As sad as it is to say, Pam is the sole reason I dislike going to this store. To start with, she always has her mask below her chin and seems to be smacking on gum. But aside from that… My first experience with Pam, I walked into the store (no one else was in there) and you would have thought I was the one working – she didn’t say a single word of acknowledgement even after I said “Hi, how are you doing?” cheerfully. She then proceeded to sloppily, slowly, and quietly make my sandwiches (she put all of the toppings in the middle of the flat bread and folded both sides up like a taco… You can’t make that up). +When I asked for more ranch she had an attitude and made me feel like a hassle.

Our food is wrong every time we come here. We have mobile ordered three times in a row, and ALL THREE TIMES I paid extra for avocado on my sandwich and haven’t gotten it a single time. The third time, my husband checked my sandwich when he went to pick it up. He told the boy at the counter that it was supposed to have avocado, and the kid just says “yeah we’re out”. Okay well we paid extra for it, so a refund would be nice. Told us he couldn’t give a refund and we’d have to call tomorrow for the manager. They also gave my husband the completely wrong sandwich!
