Negative 5 stars for attitude. Walked in last week- waited alone for a little bit, finally just walked out. I didn’t see a single employee. Tried to do an online order today, get an email confirmation that it’s ready at 11:40am. At noon, I arrive & ask where it’s at only to be ignored, then berated by the “manager” or whoever she is. That’s ok with me to take our business elsewhere though! this place is dirty and has gone downhill anyway . Don’t eat here!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I found a dead FLY inside of my wrap. I called the store very respectfully. The worker I talked to wanted to help but he said he had to call his manager to see what she wanted him to do. She was very condescending and skeptical. I kept the wrap with the dead fly inside and I was at first told I could not receive a refund unless the general manager showed up. Then when I arrived to the store the next day, the shift manager I had been communicating with continued to be condescending unprofessional and outright rude! She opened the wrap and said to me”u ate an awful lot of this wrap for there to be a fly inside of it” as if I have x ray vision and knew there was a big nasty fly hidden. Will never return!

They have a lot of different selections. All of them seem to be very good my favorite is the turkey sandwich. I had a little trouble with mine one day and the management took care of the problem. This being the only problem I’ve ever had from there. That means a lot to me for them to take their food orders serious especially nowadays with prices being high everywhere thank you

The machine wouldn’t take me card. And I never have cash on me. After running the card 12 times knowing it had money on it. A nice customer behind me paid for my food. And then took my card to Circle K. And it worked fine. Something is going on with the card machine. I’m reluctant to go back, because of that.

Everytime I come to Sparta subway it’s always a GREAT experience. Staff is so nice and you get greeted with such a warm welcome. Food was great! Staff was great! I’ll definitely be back! This location is by far the best subway around. Great portions!

Stopped in just before closing to pickup lunch for the following day. The two ladies working at the time were very pleasant and happy to take care of 6 customers all needing a sandwich for the following day! They did an excellent job and were pretty comical to listen to also! Keep up the great work ladies!

Employee was very rude and kept interrupting. I had to tell him 4 times what the sandwich was and had to repeat everything I said at least 3 times. I also ordered a bowl and he was so in a hurry for me to finish the order that I didn’t actually get to put in it what I wanted because he was constantly interrupting. When I asked for a fork he threw it on the counter instead of in the bag or handing it to me. I wanted my receipt but he immediately threw it away and I just wanted out of there at that point. I have never had a good experience at this location and don’t anticipate going back. Especially not to pay $12 on a salad bowl that is filled half-way and without the meat and cheese chopped.

Service should be -5. So I just went by to get a Subway real quick and it was 9:00 the time that they “close” but the employee (idk her name but it’s a skinny white female drives a white dodge suv) well she could’ve been respectful enough to let me know it’s closed but no she was too busy on her phone sitting im her car. So as I proceed to get off and walk towards the door bcz the lights were still on, she rushes in front of me and locks the door in front of my face without acknowledging my presence. Seriously so disrespectfully it costs $0 to let a customer know that business is closed for the day. And also the management should keep tabs on her bcz she was distracted on her phone instead of closing as she should have been and on top of that she shut the door in front of a customer. She should be fired if she can’t do her job as said.
