Almost $10 for a what now? I’ll tell you, a stomach ache. After I got home to eat this questionable sandwich, I took 3 bites and threw it away. I’ve never had such a sad looking and tasting sandwich from Subway. I highly recommend going to another location or make yourself a fresher (and better tasting) sandwich at home.
(Edit: one of the photos says veggie delight. That’s how bad this sandwich was. It was supposed to have meat. It’s definitely not supposed to be a veggie delight.)

I give this location a 5 star rating, The restaurant was very clean, the two gentlemen that waited on me had great teamwork and were very friendly. The food was great and the helpings of meat and toppings I felt were generous portions. Another plus for me was that the equipment in the store was well cared for. Also they asked me if I had any coupons which was a plus for me because at some different locations I felt that the use of coupons were frowned upon.
I will be continuing to use this as my main go to local location for future. Thank you to the team working and operating this location.

Order on app, footlong All-American Club. Got home and noticed it seemed short, and not cut in half. Contacted Subway and they don’t respond. Never had an issue outside of O’Fallon, IL. Never again

I got two sandwiches from this location last night. Turkey, salami, and cheese for me and an Italian bmt for my partner and both of us have been as sick as a dog for almost 24hrs at this point. I’ve been calling to let them know but haven’t been able to reach anyone. I’m not sure if the food was expired or if the employee that made our sandwich did not wash her hands but I definitely will not be eating here ever again.

The older man that was working while I was placing my order was extremely rude and aggressive to the lady trying to place a group order in front of me. She handled his belligerance with grace. I became very uncomfortable when he started to yell at her. I will never be back. I hope she does the same.

This place is a scam. 1 6″ turkey sandwich a cookie and large drink $16+. When he told me im like that’s pretty pricey! He chuckled, with a smirk and said. You should have gotten the 12″ its only 5$.

Would have been an okay experience (it’s Subway, not a Michelin star restaurant), except for the very rude woman at the cash register (who seemed to be the franchise owner) who harassed me for coming into the store to refill my cup before I left. She physically stopped me and asked me why I was coming into the store “three or four times”. Even if I had been coming into the restaurant “three or four times” (and I hadn’t done so), a.) who cares? And b.) you should not be touching customers without their consent.

Workers never wash their hands before putting on the gloves and workers always letting the food touch their shirts as they lean in to make the orders. Workers are suppose to pull the sandwiches to the side and that would avoid their clothes being all on the customers food. It’s an issue at every subway too.
