Subway sandwiches are good but I got a footlong meal, it cost me over 22 dollars. Are you kidding me! For a sandwich! I will not be back to any subway. Jersey Mike’s and Penn station make sandwiches that blow subway out of the water and I can eat at both of those for almost 10 dollars less. Goodbye subway

LOVE this subway it’s always so fresh and top notch! Madison was killing it today by herself! She had a line out the door a huge smile on her face and rocking out some sandwiches! Props to her and having it under control she needs a raise or promotion to manager considering there was not one on the shift at 1pm in a Saturday…..

Don’t even bother attempting to eat in at this subway if it’s less than 45 minutes before closing time. While checking out at 7:21 (8:00 closing time), we were asked in a very rude manner “you guys are eating here?” After we said yes and received nothing but eye rolls and dirty looks from the younger girl that didn’t even know how to make a sandwich yet, I decided to take the sandwich on a 25 minute drive home. Didn’t really feel like getting the stink eye from someone, who clearly doesn’t belong in customer service, while I eat.

So I did an order online to get 5dollar deal call up to confirm someone said it didn’t go through. So I place another order online call up again, manager Janae answers phone kept interuppting me and stated “well you have to wait for it to go thru!” Started raising her voice after I stated she was rude. Then I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I then called GM next day, Julia Arnold and instead of tryi g to make this right she defends manager and starts being rude and interrupts too! Then she hung up on me. I’ve yet to get a credit .. I was charged not one but 2x. And over charged so I was charged for 37 dollars of food I never received!! They still refuse to credit my account nor call me back nor let me speak to the owner!- wow just wow this is how you treat yoyr loyal paying customers?? I would be fired if I treated anyone this way!!

I hate coming to this subway, one of the employees, Lori, is always very rude. This time had to be the worst. She is always very aggravated, and yelling at the other employees. this time she was slamming stuff around, kicking stuff under the counter, and reached over my sandwich while making another customers food. I definitely wont be back
