Tonight, I ordered 3 sandwiches, all of which barely had any meat or toppings, only two of the 3 had cheese put on them, and all 3 consisted of mainly sauce. When I ordered my food, I wasn’t expecting to have saucy bread with a hint of meat and toppings, but here we are. On top of barely putting a thing on my sandwich, the customer service was absolutely horrible. The employees here are rude and indifferent. I will not be returning, and honestly, it’s money well saved.

On my way to Columbia IL I needed to stop by Dupo and was hungry. This was a perfect stop for lunch. I ordered myself a meatball subway and the staff was happy to help make a delicious subway. Everyone who worked there was excellent and kind. Thanks for a great lunch.

This is the cleanest Subway I have ever went to (even the glass on the door is always clean). The ladies working are always cheerful and quick. I have never had a bad experience. My food is always fresh!

Ordered online for an easy pickup. Which went well . One coldcut footlong was fine but the meatball sub footlong was terrible. There was hardly any sauce making sandwich dry. Also Ordered 2 churros, terrible! What a waste of our hard earned money! Will be last time visiting.

I placed an online order and went to the express pickup to let them know I placed an online order. There were 3-4 other people in line. The old lady working immediately got and attitude and told me to get to the back of the line. She wouldn’t even listen to me tell her I had an online order. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, but her attitude and rudeness just was uncalled for. I told her to cancel and refund my order and I left. She waited until just before closing to process the refund. This location will no longer have my business
