I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Subway in Caseyville. The place was absolutely disgusting. I saw roaches, which is already a hard no, but it somehow got worse from there. The employees weren’t wearing gloves while handling food, and the overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority.
The whole restaurant had a grimy, neglected vibe that made me lose my appetite instantly. Nothing about this location felt sanitary or safe to eat at. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open.
Save yourself the trouble (and your stomach) and go literally anywhere else.

Sanju is a lovely customer service rep. She made a tasty Veggie Delite. She’s very pleasant and attentive. I will return when this way as I often travel this way when visiting my son.

I order my sandwich through the website and everything was on my receipt was correct when I got home my my sandwich was wrong by the time I got home I called multiple times and they didn’t answer the phone so I called I called today and tell him about my situation and he hung up the phone and won’t answer the phone so therefore don’t nobody need to go to this place in anymore they do bad business

We had a large group and there was one employee working. He was doing great and one of his co-workers came in on his day off and stayed to help him. You could really tell these guys enjoyed their job. 10/10 delicious sandwiches. The gas station from the outside looks a little sketchy but nice people.

The Subway is within the gas station btw. I was very appreciative of the conscientiousness of their customer service. I ordered on the app and got a call to confirm the order. I was having issues ordering. They did try several times to call as reception appeared to not be good. The worker was also friendly and attentive. The sandwiches were suprisingly good, good quality. I didn’t have high expections but this was good after a long drive.

This place is the worst! They are so so stingy with the condiments! I ask for spinach and get a couple of leaves. I ask for more and get 1 more leaf! I ordered a FOOTLONG steak and cheese and I wanted it on the spinach wrap they proceeded to make a 6 inch and refused to make a foot long at my request I walked out! Want to get ripped off and get the skinniest subway sandwich on earth?! Go here. I wish I could put a negative 5 stars. They don’t even deserve 1!

It’s really sad when you place a online order and the order is incorrect when you get it. I will never order from the subway every again. The manager whom I spoke too or the manager he claim to be said he would pull the camera because he was positive the sandwiches where prepared correctly. Instead of apologizing about the mess up. I would have never call if they were correct. He told me to drive back with sandwiches Lol you will never get me as customer again, If that even matters.

This Subway is located inside of a fairly busy gas station/ mini mart. They do have a seating area but I’m not comfortable with customers constantly walking by & the line of customers waiting to order can be a little much. They do not accept any coupons from their own company & no longer offer any $5 footlongs. They do have several new sandwiches to choose from that are listed with preselected ingredients if you choose to go that route but they will set you back between $10 & $15 for a footlong. I ordered the Great Garlic, the All American, Philly Cheese, & a simple Turkey & Cheese. The Great Garlic is actually not bad except the half cooked bacon on it. I recommend adding some regular mayonnaise to cut the strength of the Garlic Aoli. I have to say the steak & rotisserie chicken are a little too dry especially after being toasted. I would like it if they used a little more meat on their sandwiches especially for the price you pay.
