I’ve gone to this Subway for over 15 years and stopped going completely. Visited today spur of the moment, not expecting much. All 3 staff members working today were very kind and respectful. There was a new employee being trained and they were patient and kind to her from what I saw while in line. My order was fast, thorough, and I was really taken aback at the great customer service all 3 employees had. Definitely a shockingly nice visit, and will be back again!

I just left this subway at around 1:30pm. Was ordering for myself and son. I just had the best experience, things have just been crazy these days and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Martin!! He had the best upbeat personality and truly enjoys his job!! I’m so glad he let me know when he works because I will be back!! Thanks Martin

They wouldn’t refund my $23 order after it got stolen. They didn’t even offer to make me new sandwiches lmao. The shop owner couldn’t have been more unprofessional during the entire interaction and basically said it was my fault that MY food got stolen. Also, they hardly answered the phone after I called about 15x. At one point, somebody proceeded to pick up the phone, scream gibberish, then hang up. Would give 0 stars if I could and making sure to never buy from here again.
