It was the worst sandwich I have ever had! My husband stopped to get a Turkey Cali Club, a signature sandwich, because I was sick. The guy behind the counter had no idea how to make it and asked my hubby. What bread? Toasted? This is a Signature Sandwich!!! Read your menu!!!! Wrong bread, way too much mayo and not enough tomato or spinach. It was like eating slop. 16 bucks wasted. I will never go back to this location.

Every time we go to this location we get old bread. I can understand if I were to come in right before closing and the bread was a little crusty. If I order at noon, I expect my bread will be fresh. Not dried out garbage. I order a cold sandwich, not toasted, I imagine you couldn’t choke down the toasted bread here. Do better.

Purchase B.M.T. 15Jul25. Why is the meat so thin.? Must have meat slicer set at Less than one -sixteenth inch. I added bacon and it disappeared after sub was toasted. I had a foot long bread sandwich. And I paid $15. Real talk.1st visit here and never again.

I ordered online for the first time using the Subway app, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived at 4:05 p.m., the staff informed me that they were out of the Italian herb and cheese bread. Instead, my sandwich was made with artisan bread. I specifically requested flatbread, but the explanation I received was unclear, making it difficult to understand his reasoning. It felt like he was hesitant to remake my sandwich with the flatbread once he had already started on a different type.
Ultimately, I accepted the sandwich, but I have to give this experience a rating of F. I will not be returning to that Subway location. The staff should not assume what type of bread a customer wants if their desired option is unavailable. The proper approach would have been to communicate this as soon as I arrived and allow me to choose a different bread.

The last sandwiches I got were really good. They also weren’t too slow or busy so I was able to be served quickly. I don’t have any complaints with my most recent couple of visits. Otherwise it had been quite a while since I last had Subway. Will be back for sure

Staff needs a WWF referee and lessons in interpersonal conflict resolution! If you want a peaceful lunch you’d be better off in a jail cell than eating here. I don’t know what I was thinking by paying $25 for food worth $10 and expecting a halfway pleasant experience, silly me!

Great experience here. Very clean store. All the ingredients were very fresh and the working counter was very clean. The employees were very polite and efficient.
Got take out again on 7-26-23. Moochie was my server. GREAT SERVICE. Moochie greeted me with a smile. Very knowledgeable and polite. He made the order process FUN. Give this young man a raise. You are lucky to have an employee like that.
