I was asking why I couldn’t order through the Subway App. I got told because it’s a franchise. Strangely they have a rack for online ordered food. They tell me they only do that for Door Dash drivers. While I was still talking to the gentleman behind the counter, who had some difficulties talking proper English, he saw two earlier customers walk by and started a conversation with them and started to ignore me.
I just walked away. I bought a Subway sandwich that they made earlier in the day and put in the store. You can’t see what’s on the sandwich because they put them in the wrong way and the windows of the package only shows the closed back of the sandwich.
It had 3 slices of meat, 2 tiny slices of cheese, which covered just a quarter of the sandwich, and lettuce. Not worth the almost $10 including tax.

One of the worst subway sandwiches I has as a truck driver. The person behind the counter was confused about what she’s doing. The meat is as raw as it can be, after being toasted. Wrong bread, not what I asked for.

The woman “Letisha” working here tonight (5-16-25) is lazy and rude. She was in the back when I arrived so I rang the bell for service. She said ” just a minute” then left me standing there for 10 minutes while she rinsed out some dishes and restocked the vegetables. Then she got an attitude with me when I told her I wanted 2 sandwiches. Then she put so much mayo on my sandwich that I had to scrape most of it off! I watched two different customers walk away and leave while I was waiting. This woman is not good for your business, she very much needs trained in customer service. I certainly will not stop at this location again if she is “working”.

Today 4/15 @ around 8:40pm or so. I got my subway. After a long day I was looking forward a good sandwich. There was two ladies at the counter. Sorry for my language. I did not get no names, this is the best way I can describe them. The skinny lady at the counter made my sandwich. From the geco She had an attitude. I told her half of the sandwich I only want ham cheese and tomato with mayonnaise. and on the other half want lettuce tomato cucumber and mayonnaise. She decided to put on the plane sandwich some of the ingredients and put a whole bunch of mayo. By this time I was already paying so I wasn’t watching. (I already ate the “plane” half) this is really not acceptable and really ruined my night. Thanks a lot skinny lady. The other lady was sweet and lovely she gave me a great paying experience and with great manners.

Went to get something to eat after a long day on the road but the employee said she was closing early bc she was the only one there and needed time to clean. So it was 9:50pm but they close at 11pm. She continued to turn others away and said she was done for the day. There was only 1 person in line. Since when does an employee get to decide to close early? Truckers depend on eating when we stop for the night. (Employee was short, older lady with glasses)

My first shout-out is to Lou. She was a true trooper. Even though she was working with limited product. She kept a smile on her face the whole time. She didn’t let any of the rude people squash her vibe. My Boss 6-in w spinach and onions was the best tasting one I have had in a long time. Thank you, Lou, for making my night.

This is located inside a Pilot. Walked in and asked lady at the register if they were open. She said yes and just kept doing what she was doing and basically ignored me. I’m pretty sure it was the Manager. After a couple minutes she asked what I wanted and I told her a meatball on white and she told me she was out of white they only had wheat?

Subway in general has gone down hill but this one really goes over and above to be the worst.
