I made a late night order tonight, and Quinton was working and went above and beyond to complete my order. He attempted to outreach me due to an issue with my order, unfortunately my number was not accurate. Upon arrival, he was worried I’d be unhappy with him but he and I had a nice conversation while he completed my order. The food was great and the customer service far surpassed my expectation. Good job hiring this young man!

Every time I go in there a women named Hazel is working, she is very rude and hateful. I feel rushed and my subs are never the way I want it I literally had a dime sized amount of Southwest sauce and three vegetables not to mention she was very rude to another older women getting a salad… the women asked her what type of dressings they have and Hazel replied the kind we have online, I’m sorry being older does not give you the right to be so rude. On the other hand Stephanie was very sweet and tried her best to fulfill the orders.

Everytime I come here I’m disappointed. Their service is awful, the ladies who work here are rude and short with you. Very skimpy on the toppings, I always have to ask for more lettuce and then they’ll sprinkle like four little pieces on top… Subway is way too expensive for a sandwhich if they aren’t even going to put toppings on it. I live here but would drive to another town’s subway or not get it at all.

7/27/20, 1:15 ish pm – employees were rude, very agitated when I was unsure about my order and very rudely replied when I forgot the word for dressing so I pointed. The food overall is good though. The customers were also very rude, giving weird looks when I was ordering and leaving.

Went in today Saturday August 10 and once again the older woman was in there and I asked to have mayo put down first but she wanted to do veggies first and got an attitude when I told her no I wanted mayo first and then my veggies and she huffed and puffed and threw my veggies on and wrapped my sandwich somewhat angrily and had the other girl ring me up. This womans name is Hazel and she always has a bad attitude and gets mad if you ask for extra veggies or you want your sandwich made differently than she thinks it should be made! I thought it was my sandwich and could have it made any way I wanted! The manager knows about the issue yet chooses not to do anything about it because she doesn’t care! The owners should know about it and hopefully they value their customers and do something about it. Until then anytime I see her working I will just turn and leave and go somewhere else from now on!!!
