I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. Normally bowl is full and delicious. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bowl and saw this. Very disappointed. Was only one other customer in store, not busy.

I ordered through the app and figured I would use the store right by my work that way it would be a quick pick up and go home. I was wrong! I get home and both of my sandwiches where made backwards. I call the store and the employee tried to gaslight me by saying that my sandwiches were correct. They absolutely were not when I was literally looking at the sandwiches and the receipt. She started getting snarky with me then proceeded to tell me to bring the sandwiches back and they will remake them then hungup no see you then or goodbye. I had to drive 20 minutes there for them to stare at me threw their window for 5 minutes whenever I was the only customer there. One employee finally came out and took a look at them. They finally admitted to them being wrong but they certainly didn’t look like they wanted to make the sandwich again cause they almost messed up again when I watched them. They finally get done and I still never got an apology for the inconvenience! Never will go there again!

Been here a few times now. Online order and in-store both. Super friendly polite staff that’s pretty knowledgeable on sauce to ingredient pairings and whatnot. Huge parking area. The stores nearby sre spaced out so it’s usually a quick in quick out type of Subway. No long wait here.

Traveling stayed at a motel near by went to get subs. Not busy. Didn’t look real clean. Service was not good. Like they were in a hurry wanted to get you out of the store.

This is the only subway I’ve been to in the country that doesn’t have egg sandwiches. Further, when we were informed there was no egg sandwiches, the two employees (young ladies) did it with zero tact but plenty of attitude. About 5mins after our initial order, someone in our party ordered an additional sandwich as was received with more piss poor attitude. This happened one last time when I purchased 3 cookies just prior to leaving and had to wait while the chubby girl loaded bread and the 2 other employees chilled in the back room. And, yes, more attitude. Subway has not only priced themselves out of the market, their employees suck.
