The owners act very rude, and above everyone. And I believe turns the on line order app off to cut costs and not allow people to get deals. I also remember a time when they didn’t own it. They were nice to customers and pleasant to talk to. Totally different people now.

I went into the subway about 630pm on Saturday 1/8- I bought two footlong sandwiches. My sandwich was the best tasting sandwich I have gotten from Subway in a long time. It was so good!! The sandwich man made me the BEST sandwich!! I used to work at a subway 20 years ago, and my own sandwiches never tasted that good!! Thank you Subway!

No longer accepts the coupons that are sent in the mail. Which is fine.
But if I am paying full price for my food then I should be able to get it done the way I want it. Meaning if I want one sandwich toasted, but one for my fiance not toasted then that shouldn’t be a problem.

They keep this subway clean. I’m a regular here. The food is great! The sandwiches and cookies are my favorite things here. Occasionally I will try something different. I have never had anything bad here and the staff is phenomenal.

I would have liked to give this location five stars as a customer service based food employee myself but after winning some free sandwhich coupons upon a Christmas based raffle my son went to redeem them one evening was not only told they kept files on there redeemable coupons..even tho spending money..from my own pocket to feed my large family …but made to feel like redeeming our won prize was not well enough….well it is our fault they couldn’t just be friendly and with “Christmas spirit” I work everyday with customers as a manager at a well known fast food place in Litchfield Illinois..just the service we received and even the attitude u received at calling in was a acceptable motion. You have to be kidding me.

I like shopping local but wont go back to this subway higher prices and vegatables wasnt even fresh lettuce was brown tomatoes were mushy allfull subway raises there prices spent 38.00 and your sandwich is gross but thats whats happens when your employes just dont care I pay 14.00 bucks a sandwich would like it at least fresh
