I’ve been going here for years but this visit was especially special.
THANK YOU so much for making my dog of ten years her last bacon before the vet put her down.
I CALLED WOODRIVER subway REPEATEDLY. AFTER THEY HUNG UP ON ME, THE SECOND AND POSSIBLY THIRD TIME even after I explained to them, what’s the bacon was for. THEN I CALLED you guys and YOU made it with NO PROBLEM.
Your WORKERS and location has always been a STAPLE of the COMMUNITY. And I’ve always ENJOYED EVERY VISIT. However I will NEVER forget this very simple ACT.

My son was sick and ordered a sub for delivery. When it arrived he noticed they used the wrong bread. It was one he does not like at all. He tried repeatedly to call about it but no one would answer the phone. I took him up there to get it fixed (not even a 5 minute drive since we aren’t far) and they don’t have any customers yet try to claim they are having dinner rush. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems wth this location.

Every time I go there the young ladies are always nice and polite. And my sandwiches are always done perfectly when you unwrap them there’s never condiments all over the place and food falling out it’s always wrapped nice and clean. It’s like the girls that work there really take their time to do their job correctly. I won’t go to another Subway.

Julia and Trinity had excellent service!!! Before we walked in they were cleaning the area and greeted us with a smile! They did any amazing job this is the best sandwich i had 10/10

I ordered the turkey ham, got only turkey, told the to cut in 3 pieces. Very rarely I get my sandwiches done right, some times my condiments are messy, This is the only one in my area. Other Subways are great.

Had the teriyaki sandwich. Was good. They don’t mix the teriyaki sauce beforehand, whereas other subways I’ve been to the chicken and sauce were already mixed. Either way it was good.

Back in the area for work, I stopped by for a sandwich. The lady was nice. Seemed to be the only one working. She’s a hard worker. A/C seemed to not be working, and my coworker said the lady mentioned they were waiting for a part to come in.
The sandwich was still good though.

First impression, April in uniform out in front smoking. She did wash her hands quickly before coming back to help Alex make sandwiches. Customer ahead of me very demanding and she handled it calmly. There is a sign posted about them not participating in $5 second sandwich promo. My sandwich was delicious and made correctly. It took longer than I expected because of customer ahead of me. **I just don’t like to see my food handled by someone that smokes. Plus, I wish they would actually take the time to wash their hands properly.

Went here for the first time in forever to get a sandwich with my grandma and our sandwiches were amazing .Actually the best we have ever received from there .The guy working was super nice ,and he was working all by himself.Fast ,friendly ,and made sure everything was awesome

The last five times I’ve gone in my order says done and they are never done with it. I’m sure there saying it to keep there metrics up but it’s ridiculous. I’m tired of having to wait for 3 star food past when it says it’s done. I’m half becoming used to the terrible service they have there
