Good quick stop for a snack. Conveniently located right next to the gas station, which was really handy. Food was fresh and service was quick.

Ok, this was a terrible experience. Amanda (I think was her name) took our order and made our sandwiches. She acted like there a million other places she would have rather been. The sandwiches (2 veggie subs) were pathetic. There was hardly any toppings (she acted like she was paying for the ingredients), and when I did ask for more of something, she would put like two little slivers on the bread. Mine was like a bread sandwich, with a hint of salt. I remember when they would load up the toppings, and you’d have to dislocate your jaw to take a bite. Yeah, those days, apparently, are gone. And the prices were stupid high. I don’t mind paying for a decent meal, but they got me this time. It won’t happen again. The only reason Subway has remained open in Brighton for so long, is they have no competition. This will be my last visit here, unless they get either new employees or new owners that allow a sandwich to be made properly.

Very clean and kept up restaurant that the employees are very kind and patient when taking specific orders. I received absolutely amazing customer service and they had the patients to deal with me making an order with a text message I received for what was wanted by that person and then followed up with me going back and forth with what I wanted on my sub sandwich. Absolutely wonderful customer service, they were so kind and understanding. Also customized a box of cookies that they sell for a deal but let me create my own. The employees that took my order are who I hope that are there every time I come back. Absolutely wonderful and incredible service!

Server was ok. Cookies were not fresh. Sandwiches were ok. Possibly will go back. Just not for cookies

We order on the app from the Brighton, Illinois store quite often. Our daughter will also go into the store at least twice a a week and grabs a sandwich for lunch. We ordered 4 footlongs last night for dinner and every single one of them were made incorrectly. To put the frosting on the cake, 2 of us got so sick! Just be careful when you choose to eat there!

The employees at this subway are always kind and make great sandwiches. It’s a small store, not very many tables but I think they make do well with what space they have.

The regional manager was working during our visit. Her name is Tammy. She was polite, pleasant, informative. She was doing her job as she was suppose to. Will definatley visit the Brighton Subway again.

Went there after a softball game because we were all very hungry and we live about an hour and 45 minutes away, walk in and the girl working (didn’t have a name tag on so don’t know her name has black hair and a septum piercing) was very rude to all of us. Had a very rude tone in her voice and was rushing us to get our order and get us out the door even though they close at 10 and we all got there about 8:50 so they had plenty of time. All standing outside eating and she locks the door an hour before closing because “she doesn’t want to deal with all the softball families”! Definitely won’t be going back. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

Yummy. Great sandwiches. Clean and fast.
My only complaint is for two footlongs, one bag of chips, two cookies, and two large drinks, our total was $37.54. That’s $18.77 per person for sandwiches. So if I’m going to spend almost $20.00 a person I don’t think it will be on subs.

My carryout order included bread that was noticeably stale. My daughter’s bread was so hard she wouldn’t even eat it – it was truly disgusting. I can’t understand why Brighton Subway would serve bread in that condition; it should have been thrown out. Unfortunately, this experience shows that giving Brighton Subway a second chance was a mistake.
