This Subway, has one of the nicest employees I’ve met! They were really welcoming, very patient, very respectful, whoever their boss is they deserve a praise! This is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I did ask them if I could put their names they said yes. So thank you Victoria, and Chloe for such an awesome service definitely recommend, and will be coming back!

I visited 02/16/2026 at 6:49pm. Staff wasn’t thrilled to see a car pulling up as they were sitting at a table on their phones. They quickly jumped up and headed behind the counter. As we were walking up to the door the staff member Kayli was standing at the glove station messing with her hair and hat then proceeded to grab a pair of gloves to come take my order. The other staff member was standing down by the drive through. Secondly, the lobby was pretty dirty. There were tables, chairs, and booth that had left over food on them. The floor was filthy, underneath every table the floor was gross. As soon as we walked out and got in the car the staff member jumped right back on her phone behind the counter. Pretty disappointed in the cleanliness and customer service at this location.

Last visit they were out of turkey so we left. This visit the poor girl was training and doing everything on her own. Out of ice, out of small cups, out of tomato’s out of protein wraps and the soda ran out mid fill lol. My main issue is just whoever orders the supplies is slacking.

PLEASE HAVE MORE HELP!!
I feel terrible for the poor girl who was manning the whole store by herself. My wife and I were driving through, placed a takeout order to be picked up 30 minutes later. It was not ready upon arrival and took another 15 minutes before she finished it because she was so busy and by herself. She did a great job of balancing the people in line at the store and in the drive-thru. It doesn’t seem that difficult to have one person more working at the restaurant to help mitigate those situations. I was disappointed because I thought it was going to be a fast stop where I walked in and grabbed my order and walked out, but it was not the case.

Its working on my phone and I would like the BUY ONE get ONE for a Dollar.. SERVER..Sorry cant honor that..Our app and Internet doesnt work here…ME..STILL? I was here a few months ago and it didnt work…SERVER…YEP..I Know!!? ME..So your app is useless and misleading?? SERVER..Yes..ME..Thanks for your help.. and I still bought a sandwich!!…..Lettece was Brown! Most containers were half empty..and I got back 3 dollars in quarters Back because they didnt have ones. Very Disorganized and NEVER Again!! Please let me run Your Entire Company!!! I will make you busier than JJ’s! BTW..Dinner Time and I was the only one in there.. I wonder why?

Bread is stale and hard. Cookies were burnt. No ice available for drinks. Didn’t have the chips we ordered either online. They also didn’t have the drinks that we ordered through the app. I hope they shut down. Will not return. Off to Jimmy John’s we go.

This is the last time I’ll ever eat here. I ordered a Cheesy Garlic Steak on the app. First, the bread was so hard that I couldn’t even bite into it. Then it had No cheese sauce, no green peppers and no subcrunch, and one tiny string of onion which is all suppose to be on it in the first place. All I got was a clump of steak in the middle and the banana peppers I had added. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had here.

I was rushing quick to get out of their line, ( were super busy) and forgot my drink. I circled around after realizing my drink, they got to me in a timely manner and apologized for the issue! Super helpful and kind! Lexxie and Amber were the people there serving great food! Good job Subway!

Went in for a salad and waited quietly for about 10 minutes…. No one else was in there and it seemed that they were making delivery orders. They would look at me but not say anything which was odd and frustrating. The food was good and I enjoyed it.
