Honestly I dont beliwvw the meatball subs are a top favorite locally here, and I guessing their meatballs sit for long hours, I ordered my first meatball from this place ever and right away the meatballs are hard , dried out and not easy to chew, old and they need to replace these! if you dont sell them inspect quality cmon these subs aint cheap and to get that I prefer to cook at home , do better people “care”, its not hard.

I was really happy with the service I got the girl that took mine and my family’s order was sweet and waited until we figured out what we wanted. She made the food right and was caring. Yes we had to wait bc she was alone but that’s okay we understood. I think her name was Ariel. But anyways she was the sweet

Nice, clean Subway. Quick service. Only issues were no buffalo sauce and no options for unsweet tea. Shredded chicken wrap was excellent with BBQ and Sriracha as an alternative.

Every one of my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and not one of them was. When I called she told me the bread un-toasts itself because of the meat and the sauce? She got snippy with me when I told her it didn’t even look toasted and asked how bread is able to just un-toast itself. I also ordered curbside pickup and waited 10 minutes before having to go in myself. There was not one other car or order when I got there.

Food was alright. The service however was not. There were three employees and none of them seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were so slow taking our order. So slow making our order. Even slow ringing up our order. It took longer to order and get our food than it did to eat it.

Pretty good food, service is hit or miss depending on how busy they are, in the last few years service has declined. Ordering online is supposed to be quicker/easier but instead gets held up 5-10 minutes after you arrive at the store. The drive thru is basically unusable since they take a while to get back to anyone.

You walk in employees look at you like they’re not on the same planet as you. Then, prepare sandwiches and absolutely no beard or hair net on. My husband and I quickly left. Yikes.

Giving one-star simply due to an employee lacking the ability to follow simple instructions that they should not even need if they were made to familiarize themselves with their own menu. I ordered a combo WITH the 4.08 add-on for chips, drink, and a single cookie. I get the same thing every time yet this time it was close to a dollar extra. I told her twice I wanted the add-on that came with a cookie and yet she still could not comprehend my request and gave me the normal add-on without a cookie and separately added a cookie for .79 cents. It is not a money thing it is an attention to detail thing which she obviously lacks.
