Ordered online. Went 10 mins after the app said my food would be ready and there was a line of customers and only 1 person working! Asked if he had gotten my order done and he said not yet. I told him to cancel it and he said ok. I told him I was gonna make a complaint and it was definitely not his fault. Sent 2 emails from the app and no answer. No refund or anything. That’s ok, keep the $14.00, you’ll never get another dime from me and I’ll ruin every sale I can for you! The management seriously neeeds upgraded to someone who schedules employees or covers shifts if people are absent. Will not ever be back.

I order through the app for pickup often. I stopped ordering cookies because 90% of the time they would forget them. Last order we placed they gave us two sandwiches we didn’t order and not one that we did.

Always a friendly greeting, able to order special like my bread soft and light in color. I do have a suggestion though, SENIOR DISCOUNTS! . Otherwise I really like this Subway. Westville, Illinois. Came in to get a couple orders. They took one, never asked for any others, then took a drive thru order and started making it while they rang up the first order. Touched all over their face and nose with the same gloves they were wearing then started to make the drive thru order. They offered to make me an order, but I’ll pass.

I love coming here! Staff is always super sweet and have even memorized my order back when I was going more frequently. Food quality is always great, had subway for the first time at this location and I was not disappointed!

Crew is nice and polite. Store is clean. One issue: employees sitting on prep tables and chewing gum. These are health code no-nos. Other than that, a good store. Fix some minor things and it will be great.

I was just in there last night, from ordering online! They had no motivation to get any orders done fast or care too! Went inside because there was 4 cars in the drive thru and they got one order from that because the others drove off, I stood in there for 25 minutes after my app told me to go there and pick up my food. It was poorly made and was jot right at all…. really disappointed that this is the only subway close! I will not go back to this one again!

Came here after a long time, I guess the manager from Georgetown was there. It was a joke all she could talk about is getting high. It took 20 mins to get my food . I think her name is Suzette. I watched her drop a sub knife on the floor then continue to use it . I will never go back to either subway . Dirty bad experience every single time SMH sad
