Guy who helped me was very kind and patient while I decided what I wanted to get. He was helpful and personal to other customers as well. Lady at register with bright colored hair rolled eyes at me when I didn’t hear her asking me a question. She seemed to have an attitude and spent rest of the time in the back of store. Despite her being rude for me not hearing her question because I was with the other gentleman he did a great job!

Ordered a hotshot Italiano without salami, got a sandwich with the smallest amount of pepperoni and a TON of sliced ham. It also had a chemical taste to it so threw it out. I even tipped them $2 big mistake as they couldn’t even get the sandwich correct. I recommend going to the one across town. There was also NO ONE there, how can you possibly mess up an easy order that’s printed!!!??!

I stopped at this particular subway to order an oven roasted chicken wrap. The wrap was delicious with chips and a soft drink. My shock was the price. I was charged $18.37. Really??
I realize prices and labor are impacting prices, but this is way too much to spend on a wrap with chips.
This will make me think twice about my restaurant choices.

There was only one worker on staff on Sunday when I went in but the worker was super kind. He made all three footlongs and two pepperoni pizzas without complaint and they were made beautifully exactly as we asked. I felt horrible that he was the only one on staff but he managed well and was good at his job. People like him working hard during the understaffed times should get paid more.

The girl working tonight has the worst attitude towards coworkers and customers. She doesn’t follow directions and complains with no regards to children present in the restaurant. She needs a good leader to iron out her serious customer service lacking ability.

Placed an in-app order, got a message order failed but my card was charged. Went to store to see if it was sent. The young lady at the window said they’d just lost internet but come on up to the pick up window and if the order shows in your phone we’ll make it right away. They got my order and brought it out to me super quick! The best thing about it was the girl’s attitude no complaining about the tech fail just let’s get this right for you! And they did. Kudos!

Two young women were very disrespectful! Went in there with my husband two year old and one year old. We asked them for double meat because my son can’t have bread. They refused to do it and said we don’t do that and don’t know how to ring it up. Unfortunately the other times Iv been in there they never have any issues…. they were kinda busy on Sunday afternoon. Very rude and disrespectful to the people I front of us as well. They both started getting loud and talking back and cussing in front of other customers and my children! I will never go back to this location! I hope the manager sees this and fires both of these people. No customer service at all!

Then to top it all off we called and spoke with management Monday and all she said was, “thanks for letting me know.” Like no wonder this subway is the way it is…

Well it turns out coming in from the back, touching your face and, mask, not washing your hands, and then grabbing gloves to go serve customers on the line isn’t ok.
The other one across town was nicer. No visible hygiene issues, and the employees of the second store all appeared to be sober.
