Went to drive thru asked me if I had mobile order told them no then had me wait. Well I decided to go in but doors were locked then told me they were closed I said but thought you guys didn’t close till 9. Then they tried to tell me their system down, but if the system down how they getting mobile orders?

It appears that the customer service problems of the past have been resolved in my opinion. To be honest, I’ve never had bad Service here, myself. I don’t come here very often, though as I usually don’t carry cash. I am a credit card user and this is one of the only subways I go to that hands me the credit card machine so that they can try to get a tip. Any business that does that should reconsider that practice as I’m sure I’m not the only one that doesn’t go to a business who hands me the credit card reader. Otherwise, great food, and great service.

Very unprofessional, this company closes at 9pm it’s no way that I should arrive around 7:45 and wait 40 minutes to get my order taken. I said “ hello “ numerous times and no one replied, I even went to the window and tried to walk in and the doors was closed and I also called and got no answer. Mind you it’s 7:45 and they close at 9. Every time I arrive to this subway it’s always a 20-40 min wait before my order gets took. This is very unprofessional on their end and I do NOT recommend this subway to anyone.

I have been to this location so many time as I work till 8pm and they always tell me we are closed In last 5 months today was my 8-9 visit but was never able to get food from this location always the employees say right now also I am sitting outside writing and the guy at 8:45 pm told me I am closed or we just closed they don’t want to serve the customers we are close after 8:30 pm. What’s the use of keeping this store open if you have employees who don’t want to run the business, subway should close the store for good. Stores like this doesn’t even deserve Buisness.

I went in last night and got dinner. The food was good, but everything was out of stock. No chips to make the nacho supreme thing, barely any kind of chips at all. They were very mean to the older man in front of me and it made me feel really bad. He wanted the nachos but they didn’t have the right kind so he asked if they could do the cool ranch. The kid was just like “no” and didn’t say anything else to the guy. Poor guy turned around and left but looked so sad.

I brought in my own chips and drink because I prefer a different kind than what they have in the store. After purchasing my expensive sandwich, I was told that I couldn’t bring chips and drink from outside. Having been a patron of well over 100 Subways in my lifetime and doing the same thing, this was the first time someone has said this to me. I acknowledged what was said to me and carried about my business without fuss, but now you get a negative Google review and I won’t be returning.

I LOVE Subway but my visit today is making me second guess ever coming to this location again. As I went through the drive thru after work, I was having a hard time hearing the person on the other side taking my order. After a few minutes of trying to understand what she was trying to say, I hear her start talking badly about me to her co-workers. She was pretty much making fun of how I was ordering. I got upset and drove off after she got very rude with me. I tried calling to say something about what just happened and they hung up on me not once but twice. I decided to come back and go inside to say something, but when I walked in they tried telling me the manager wasn’t there but then said they had a night manager who i then noticed was who was on the drive thru. I took her name down and they told me it was Trish. Watch out on coming here because you’ll get disrespected by the MANAGER!
