Was not impressed ordered a phillysteak from their new line of sandwiches which is supposed to be super hearty from my understanding. Seemed like there was hardly any steak per bite. It was almost closing time when I went so to be fair I understand that the worker was ready to go home but customer service was definitely sub par. The restaurant was clean.

Horrible experience. I walked in and order two salads one for a coworker and one for myself. I was paying separately for each item. I had two bag because the employee had place the salads in individuals bags. An employee who was not involved in ringing up the order said are you going to pay for the other salad. You have two bags. I was rather taken back by the situation and having it implied that I was not going to pay for a salad. Really Horrible Customer Service. Please Do No go to this Subway. Needless to say I also ordered an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. When I got back to my office the cookie was not even in the bag.

Walked in and got to spend 10 minutes watching the employee sweep and mop and start their dish water before they decided to acknowledge me. And by acknowledge I mean give me a dirty look while she started making my online order. Had I not already paid for the sandwich I would have walked out, don’t waste your time here

There was an issue with my order and the woman behind the counter was great about it. She made my food and apologized the whole time. Employees like this woman make me want to come back to places time and time again! The interaction makes me thankful for the issue to have happened in the first place!

Last Sunday I went subway, around 4.45 pm and no one person in front of it. I waited a few minutes and black guy come out, with his hand inside his pants as if was touching himself i never saw him wash hi hands, i greeted him and no he answered me, i say hello again and he looks at me very annoyed.i decided to go where they respect the client and are cleaner. Ahh the door say that everyone must wear a mask but the employee did not haven.???

Really nice staff, but slower than molasses. You could equate watching the employees preparing the sandwiches here to watching paint dry. It seems like nothing is happening during the literally 20 min wait AFTER starting the sandwich making process… It’s done! The two employees just ran to the back in the middle if preparing the sandwich multiple times!

Walking into subway , my sever was not wearing a mask & seemed to have a bad attitude. I wanted to order the new Buffalo Chicken, but she discouraged me from it. I settled for the footlong turkey breakfast sandwich, in my opinion was mediocre. There were no onions&pepper jack cheese available. Making my sandwich, the server was nonchalant about making my sandwich, I asked for extra dressing , she proceeded to just give me a little more, with an attitude. I ordered two double chocolate chip cookies. Judging by the taste and texture of the cookies. They were way past there prime. My overall experience at this Subway location was terrible giving it Two Dumbs down

I greatly appreciated that the building is open until 10pm – especially for being able to grab a freshly assembled sandwich/meal to night shift workers. Clean, courteous, professional, and a sense of humor from the employees each time I have visited. Easily my favorite Subway restaurant in this area.

I will never go there again was over charged for a sandwich I had a coupon they must not used it. I was charged $6 they must not know what they’re doing then they charge me for a cookie also.when you get a tuna sandwich one of the premium sandwiches they supposed to give you a free cookie they must charge me. Never again lousy customer service! Does the sandwich was for $3.50 and they charged me $6 imagine that huh. I called another store to talk to a manager they never called me back.
