Not sure on names, but the 2 gentleman working tonight were outstanding. It was just the two of them, they worked fast and hard and really made me feel welcomed so close to closing time. I run a business as well, and these guys knew customer service. Great job.

the guy preparing my sandwich obviously had a problem with me it seemed like. just the way he was putting my sandwich together, like it was a bother. Didn’t really listen to everything I wanted and just seemed annoyed that he had to wait on me.

First time ordering from here and I ordered a wrap and I was so excited to try it but I was let down my wrap was loosely wrapped with fillings coming out and I thought it would come but in half but that didn’t happen either but I did order thru the mobile app and I caught a deal so that was a plus. Maybe I should’ve specified that I wanted it cut but it was very loose and a lot of my fillings spilled out. Other than that tasty

There has been an ABSOLUTE renovation/upgrade at the College Ave store! It is SUPER clean and welcoming. However, as with most places – understaffed. I was not upset by the wait. But, I clearly noticed the lack of attention to detail.. Sandwich Artists? Nope. Sloppy and busy.. I’m not mad. I understand the struggle. I hope you enlist additional employees..

On 1 experience had to make the worker wash his hands after shoving them down his pants to tuck his shirt in.
On another, the worker was rude. Did things without asking. Was unable to properly roll my wrap without pushing the food out of it and then cut it in half without me wanting it to be. She also put the veggies for my child’s sandwich on the dirty cutting counter while the sandwich was in the oven being heated. My cookies were smashed in the bag when I got them home.
Every experience, this location has been extremely stingy with the veggies. Doing so little as to try and pass my wrap by with 4 spinach leafs in it. Had to ask for more 3 times before there was a normal handful in it. Additional examples is putting a single cucumber on our sandwiches, putting 2 pieces of bell pepper, and/or 1 to 2 pieces of pickle on the sandwich.

Much better experiences at other locations.

Order nit correct employee taking order at NO thru asked us to wait a minute (but it was almost 8) couldn’t read 1st two sections of drive thru menu the lights were out (night) and when we’d ask cost all we’d get was I don’t know let me look it up I don’t bother to memorize prices (come on there aren’t that many don’t you pay attention when you ring up stuff) you said you’ve been there 13 years. Opened a sandwich they had cut in half NO CHEESE AT ALL and a half of a piece of provolone on the other side…told them no oil….guess what…yep it has oil that I can’t have….when I call the store NICK tells me (we’ll I don’t know what I can do for you) there had been a major accident with all the lights down on a major thourofare and they were routing all traffic thru the mall lot it usually takes me less than 8-19 minutes to get home tonight it was almost 45 and I wasn’t doing it again. I suggest staying away from this Subway go to the one on Market or Main St. I should have taken the hint when I didn’t see any customer cars around the store. BEWARE

Once it was time to give my payment in the drive through, I realized I was short on cash. Late on my way back to work, I had just come from the bank to get a new debit card because my old one had fraud on it and wasn’t active yet. I had four dollars to my name and the manager gave me a coupon. I was truly grateful he didn’t think I was giving a sob story. I was embarrassed to find myself in that problem and his genuine kindness encouraged my day. Highly recommend.
