Very very very dirty I don’t know where this place got such ratings but, it is terribly dirty the food is not very fresh I have never seen such a disgusting subway look at the photo the only plus is they hire disabled people in everything else very dirty unkempt subway

There was only one employee there. She was very nice but seemed a bit stressed being the only employee. I hope the management helps remedy it a bit so their employees feel supported. The sandwiches were delicious and we appreciate her help and great service.

came in after work just wanted a sandwich. two people ahead of me first person orders a single sandwich I should’ve knew seen that sandwich be made right then in there I should’ve left, but I stuck it out about 15 minutes later. Finally it was the next person in front of his turn and they ordered about three sandwiches, which is totally fine if it weren’t for the incompetent sandwich artist that seems like they’ve been on the job for a single hour. They were completely by themselves, I didn’t see a single other worker there. i’m not here to rip on the employee. I’m just here stating that they seem like they have no idea what they’re doing and we’re not trained whatsoever. 25 minutes later still on the first sandwich I left right in there with no sandwich in my hand.

Best subway ever. The guy who made the sandwich is the most diligent sandwich maker ever and it shows up in the taste! Sad that I’m just passing thru. Cleaned the surface between sandwiches, cleaned the knives. I hope the owner appreciates what a gem the employee is.

Owner will not accept subway issued coupons. No sign or posting anywhere that they don’t accept them. Spent way more money than I had planned due to this. Owner gets 1 star for not following company standards.

They didn’t take coupons due to the shortage of everything in the store. Bread was burned on the end, and they only put meat in the middle of my sandwiches. For 35 dam dollars, they could’ve wrapped it better and sealed properly. It was a mess. Plus, she expected us to know what all drinks they had when none were printed clearly on the drive up window. Hire people who actually need an want a job. Poor customer service experience

This place is ridiculous! I ordered my food on the app. It said it would be done in 15 minutes, but 25 minutes later, it still isn’t done. Then, the guy who was making my sandwiches stuck his hand in the garbage and proceeded to make my sandwiches without changing his gloves. Luckily, I saw this and stopped him from making my food. The quality of this place is less than 1 star. Regret leaving a tip

Walked in the guy said the owner told him to close the store he went ahead and served me. Which was awesome, but they didn’t turn off the open sign nor did they lock the doors! A guy walked in they told him they couldn’t serve him. I asked if they could since he was already there they still refused! Since we were all white there and he was a black man it was clearly was racially provoked!! Super unhappy with how that was handled.
