VERY DISAPPOINTED! ordered online 3/04/25 at roughly 6:40pm…. Got home for starters the cookies were super hard NO JOKE! Secondly I couldn’t eat my sandwich because I took it out of a plastic bag that it was put in didnt know subway did that it doesn’t even say subway on the bag but my whole sandwich was wet the paper the sandwich is wrapped in and everything!……DISCUSTING!!! Then to top it all of my man got a sandwich and the lady told us when we got there that she forgot to put the paperjack cheese on it after she got done. Because she didnt take time to actually look at the order I’ve worked at subway I know how it is. So anyways he wanted melted cheese on his sandwich and instead got cold cheese put in a cookie bag to!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY!!!! WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN……HORRIBLE

Buyer Beware
This is what the nachos look like…false advertisement because the picture in the store looks nothing like this. This my last time with this particular subway store. Would have been better going somewhere else. Never again!

So, I don’t eat subway very often. Once or twice a month. Which makes the fact these issues keep happening worse given they always seem to occur. Always ordered though app for pickup. This is the closest location to me but will ultimately go elsewhere now.
1. Sandwiches are never toasted correctly. Always underdone or not toasted at all.
2. Ownership changes in last 6-8 months maybe? They always seem upset when you use the rewards or coupons. I don’t really understand this one given it’s right there in the app. No doubt margins are thin but they can opt out. The 1399FL code is what I use most often.
3. The biggest issue is, they skimp on meats and cheeses. I don’t mean like, a piece here or there. But I have ordered their premium sandwich, like the Turkey titan, that is supposed to have extra meat and low and behold it’s just a plain turkey every time.
It’s a bummer over all. The location is convenient seems clean and organized. I can empathize this must be a tough gig. And mistakes happen. Not the end of the world. But it’s clear these are systemic choices made by ownership.

Came in for pickup at time of pickup and the sandwiches weren’t ready. she told me she had to work on them still which would’ve been fine if she didn’t start helping the people after me and finishing them before even starting the online order. it was obvious that she was sitting in the lobby before customers came in, so she didn’t even try to start my order before. store is under new management in recent months and is going deeply down hill.

The store seems to be under new management or owners. The remodel is nice but they don’t speak English well. But the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No soap, the toilet had pee on it. The mirror looked like it never been clean. Will not be coming back to this one. Cookies looked olds
