It’s been awhile since I’ve been in this subway it looks like they had gotten a nice remodel. I noticed that it was very clean and the veggies were neatly stocked and fresh. The young man working provided great customer service. Sandwichs were good and tasted very fresh.

The heavy set white lady with glasses, very rude!! Wrong profession!! Ordered three sandwiches through the drive thru, both were wrong, after waiting 15 minutes! When called to let them know, instead of apologizing and empathizing with me, she tried to tell me I was wrong, until I read my receipt back to her! Then it’s “Oh”!! “Just bring it back”! As if I stay right around the corner! She don’t have to worry about.. We will NOT be back!!! ♂️ ♂️

I arrived at 9:35, and went to the door at 9:40 to see that it’s locked. The sign says 10pm is when they close. They both just stare at me and shoo me away like I’m wanting free food. I wanted a cold sandwich and was gonna tip well for it being late. This subway isn’t worth anyone’s time with rude employees and clearly horrible service

They TOLD me what comes on the wrap instead of what I want on it. Then they put so much spinach on there I had to take some of it off. Photo below. Then I went to the dirty bathroom with hair in the sink matted to the drain and the faucet falling apart. I travel a lot of places and eat a lot of places but this has been the worst so far.
