I am a trucker and i eat subway everday for 2 times for last 5 years and i did go all the 48 states and eat subway from all of them by far this people are the worst subway on all mainland usa i dont know who hires this kind of people but they should background check for sure because this food tastes like a prison food lol not even a single thing in my order is correct i want pickle they give me a pickle sandwich vegans should sue them

CLEARLY illinois Valley’s BEST Subway. Ingredients and bread is always fresh and service is the friendliest! Store interior ALWAYS appears spotless.
Too many locations use borderline stale bread and produce that look day old. One owner with multiple locations actually waters down the soda dispenser. Ugh.
Spring Valley is the ONLY location and fast food establishment I gladly use the tip option.

3 sandwich order at drive thru. BLT beig the one with the problem. Got home to find 2 pieces.of back between two pieces of bread. Called them and was told all that comes on the BLT IS BACON. Really? Then what is the L&T part of the sandwich? The girl was very rude. I said I want a refund and she said she can’t do that. Asked for a manager,not one here. When will she be in? Not sure. Ok here’s my name and number can she call me? Sure hung up. Next day nothing so I call back. Still no manager. Will have her call tomorrow. Ok do I got the call today. She can’t do anything about it because it should have been taken care of the day it happened. HELLO,I DID CALL AND THE WOTHLESS GIRL WAS NO HELP. Manager said THE OWNERS will not let them do anything. I don’t know if this is true or not. She will give my number to the owners. I already know they won’t call back so I’m putting this out there. SHADY PLACE. They make their money ripping people off. Now if they happen to call and give me my money back I will add that to this but as for now, they have a bad restaurant

Spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru. Got cold sandwiches and the ingredients put on the wrong sandwiches. Don’t go here if your in a hurry to get by to work.

Would have a higher rating as I usually don’t have an issue ordering in the day time, but was really craving a sandwich which doesn’t happen too often anymore due to working at a subway for three years in the past, and I showed up 45ish minutes before closing, and no one answered the drive thru and some people customers were inside, and they didn’t even get served and they were already in there before I got to the drive thru.

Love the BMT! Soups are all delicious. Everyone is quick and courteous. Restroom is clean. Go here for lunch, and there’s usually a line, but they get through it pretty quick. I can be back to work and eat within a half hour. Can be a little hard to get out of because the cross street is so busy.

Tried the new sandwich and it was really good.Cabatta with fresh mozzarella cheese . The staff @ the Spring Valley location were very nice. The one fella made small talk as the other, a possibly newer employee, made the sandwiches. He was very reserved and seemed nervous so that’s y I think he might of been new. Plus he made a few small mistakes but nothing major. Subway is always good but kinda a bit more expensive for my liking. $27 for 2 footlongs but one did have double meat which they kill u on. 1 bag of chips amd 2 large soda’s. I just didn’t feel like eating @ McDonald’s and it was after 9 pm so I guess it was worth it for freshness and piece of mind!
