Yesterday I was on the way to the river to go fishing and I stopped in here for lunch. I was greeted by a lovely gal, I believe she was the owner. She was very friendly as was her employee. The restaurant was clean, laid out well and I really enjoyed my sandwich. We had a couple good laughs and that is what life is all about. I highly recommend this Subway.

Imagine taking a 20 minute break to go smoke when you have an order for pick up at that time. Literally the only customer here within the 30 minutes she definitely could’ve waited until I picked up my food because literally no one else came in. Talk about you literally had one job

I stopped in today to be met with a wonderful gentleman. He carried great conversation, was very thorough in making sure my order was correct and even wrapped everything with special stickers so I knew what was what when I got home.

I eat subway 7 days a week.. I will not be stopping at this one again… I asked her to warm eggs up separate she said se could not. She bent over my sandwich and laid her dirt shirt on it… I asked for a lot of pepper the shaker was not working asked her to take the lid off… two times she said she could not… It would mess her inventory up.. I guess this subway counts every grain of pepper… I ended up throwing the sandwich away I could not get over her dirty shirt. On it… Person working the morning shift on1,19,22 needs to be coached on customer service. I eat subway 7 days a week because I travel I will not eat at this one again.

I’ve been here several times over the past few months and the service is incredibly slow. I frequent subway often in Marseilles and Ottawa with wonderful, quick service. Definitely avoid this subway unless you have 20+ minutes to wait for an order of a salad and one sandwich. I’ve even tried using the app to order ahead(love this option at other locations) but the order took an extra 10 minutes from the set pick up time. Love subway, I’ll just make sure to avoid this location from now on.
