I ordered online a meatball sub and paid the extra for fresh mozzarella. We got home and there was no cheese at all. I called the restaurant and they told me they could only replace it if I brought it back to the store. They would not give a credit for next time. What a waste of my gas!!! I asked for the name of the store manager and she said she couldn’t give me that. Apparently, it’s a secret. She took my info and said she would have the manager call me. Five days later and I’ve heard nothing. Terrible way to do business and you’ve lost mine.

Completely ruined my order and refuses to do a refund or give a replacement sandwich unless I can provide the original mess up. I ordered online for pickup to have it for work. I work 430pm to 430am with no way of returning the sandwich. This is horrible customer service. I will not be returning. Tonight stoped at 9:20pm which is 10 minutes prior to closing. Really nice lady was by her self working. Even was late she served me like was beginning of day. Ordered online for instore pick up at lunch time. 12″ spicy Italian melt on Italian herb and cheese with pepper jack cheese and smashed avacado. They made the sandwich with American cheese, white bread and sent me cups of avacado to add to my melt ( which means you have to pull it apart to put it on, what a melt mess!). The worst experience that I ever had. I’m a vegetarian and do not eat meat. I have ordered a veggie patty. I requested the person to change the gloves as she was preparing some sandwich with meat but she refused and she was very arregant. I got my sandwich home and threw it in the trash. It happened to me twice here. I will never go to this place again. Thanks

They forgot my cheese on my sandwich the guy making them was sloppy trying to make both sandwiches at once. He also cross contaminated by dropping food In another bin then putting back he also kept pushing his glasses up. The lady made some new mayo and used the same wet glove to wrap my sandwiches up if I could give zero stars I would.

Availability of condements was lacking the pickles were tasteless. Wanted a subway club just instead of ham i wanted salami, they charged me for two meats. The one person making the condement part of our sandwhiches was more worried about what meat and cheese we had on our sandwhiches then the condements we wanted on them. Had to tell her multiple times what we wanted on them before she actually got it right. When she marked our sandwhiches she marked my husbands bmt right with bmt mine she marked with his. Like really what does his mean?? Very unhappy with the older lady working. The lady that came in behind us wanted a certain bread they told her they were out of it so she left. It was only 7pm!!! Very very unhappy!!!! Will not be going back to that subway!!!

Its a regular sabway outlet. They are usually not very busy and you get your order quickly in 10 mins. There are usually one or two attendant and they are helpful. I usually order with the subway app and collect my sandwich in like 10 mins.
