Came in for 3 foot longs, and the lady tried cramming all 3 in the toaster oven at the same time. I told her I didn’t want her to do that, and she did it anyway
They came out burnt on the edges and raw in the center. I was so frustrated. I told her they didn’t toast right because she crammed them. She said “I think I proved they do fit”
And I just couldn’t. I’m not paying $25 for 3 feet of sandwich I don’t want to eat. The point of subway is getting it made how I want it. I don’t care if you think it’s fine, it looked like trash – and you’re not the one eating it
I just had to walk away. I cannot believe you found a way to make the Subway experience worse

Hello, Subway. So you are here to make sandwiches the way the customer ask correct? So tell me why when ordering a Philly cheese steak, how is there no cheese on my sandwich, no red onions,and decided not to put the oils or vinegar that was asked for. If you as a sandwich maker can not do your job then find another one. Some of us only get to splurge on these kinds of things every couple months. You ruined my dinner and then to top it all off you have someone who answers the phone with an attitude before you even begin to speak to them. This place is very unprofessional and could care less how they make the sandwich even when its wrote down right in front of their faces. You all should be ashamed. Do better or get better staff or maybe both?

We went here to get some sandwiches for a one year olds birthday and then we asked how long it would take to be served and she said a while then we asked how long a while is because people can have different meanings of how long a while is then 2 other people walked in and they were waiting with us and the lady who was the manager said she’s not serving us we didn’t do anything wrong. We went to a different subway that was much kinder we don’t recommend going to this one we recommend going to the subway on Machesney Park. The 2 lady’s walked out with us after seeing how we were being treated

I had my daughter buy me a sub on 1/21/25 at 3:49 pm it was picked up. She brought it home I started eating it and it didn’t taste good at all. It was literally gross. So I only ate half. I thought it was just me. It made me sick to my stomach. So I let my boyfriend eat the other half and he said the same thing it was disgusting. DONT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK. They don’t deserve a 1 star. You need to be checking your food. Never again will I eat there.

i don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this customer service was embarrassing. we walked in at around 8:45, (they don’t close until 10, we checked) and there was only one other person in line. two people working, one guy working on a mobile order and the other lady taking the order of the guy in front of us. after taking his order, she began helping the other guy with mobile orders for 20 minutes, then they both disappeared to the back for about 10 minutes. at that point the mobile order showed up to pick up their order, which was made wrong. the guy tried to get their attention multiple times before giving up and walking out on the phone, and we followed him out without speaking to the employees ONCE in 35 minutes.

Multiple visits. Great sub, lots of meat. Guy friendly. But took 4 visits before accept gift card. I can’t use coupons with gift card. Only got to work if I gave card 1st & asked guy to check it. Then it worked.
