I’m not a super fan of Subway but the 1 crew person holding down the restaurant tonight did a Rockstar job! Nice and pleasant with the ability to help multiple people at once. To my surprise he even apologized for… wait for it…. he apologized for not cutting my footlong in perfect halves 🙂 “I’m sorry the two sandwiches aren’t quite equal in size” . My suggestion to the owner or manager of this Subway is- keep this kid employed!!

You always have to wiat for them to be ready. And they are very laxed at doing their job and sloppy sandwiches. On multiple occasions. Tables are typically dirty. One of the worst subways in rockford.

This is one of my favorite subways, I’ve never had a bad sandwhich from this location. Also the morning to afternoon staff are super nice. The only downside to this location, would be the very nasty men’s bathroom, with the weak hand blower and no paper towels.

The white girl that works there is suppeerr slow working and doesn’t seem to understand what “special instructions” mean two different times they ignore them.. I asked for a personal pizza with chicken, turkey and cheese and she gives me a burnt crust plain cheese pizza then I order a footlong garlic and ask for avocado and she does it again

This Subway was horrible, I wanted a salad. The lettuce was so old it looked dirty. I asked if the had some fresher lettuce the lady said “no, that’s all we have”. I told her thank you, turned around and got to stepping. I can’t understand these people in the customer service industry. Why should I pay $11 for a salad with dirty looking lettuce, too soft tomatoes, ect. That’s not cheap for salad, and I strongly believe in getting what you play for…

The bowl was good it was clean but the girl was rude…I had to ring the bell rang it twice cause I wasn’t sure if it was heard the first time…when she said I heard you rudely I apologized twice…even asked if her day was going good, no response so I responded and said it doesn’t seem like it’s going well….still no response…I talked about how nice it was outside she muttered oh yea…asked for extra cheese on my protein bowl she acted like she didn’t even want to give me that! When I payed I said I hope your day gets better!! Not sure what her deal was if you don’t like people ringing the bell get a door chime…maybe it wasn’t that at all but sheesh when you deal with the public act accordingly or find a new job

I’m was just at this subway a few minutes ago and this one worker didn’t get my order right. And then my food was cold because I had to argue with her because she wouldn’t let me use my coupon that I always use . I wish I got her name so I can let the manager know. I do not recommend ordering from this subway from that worker.

I have been meaning to leave a review but did not know the employees name. However, I had stopped here again and had another wonderful experience. Aj, is the employee who I noticed both times when visiting this location who had such a great attitude and work ethic. Once when there, she went out to a customer’s vehicle and took their order for them, whether they were elderly or handicapped I am not sure. But it was amazing. The last time I was there with three little ones, however they had all eaten so I was only ordering for myself. But she made sure they each got an age appropriate toy for being so well behaved. Aj, thanks for your services. This is by far my favorite Subway location. All of the staff here is great and so kind.

Yesterday 12/7/19 I stopped in at 6pm to grab dinner, ordered my first sandwich was asked if I’d like it toasted, and said no. The employee continued making it and went to toast it. I said not toasted, to which she replies “now you tell me” then starts removing the meat with an attitude. She then said ” I asked if you wanted it toasted and you didn’t reply” at which point I told her if she gonna have a bad attitude I’d take my business elsewhere and walked out.
