Hardly any meat on sandwich. Server had a bit chip on should, didn’t explain breads. Said white or wheat. Basically I had bread little flavor of very chewy meat, cheese melted so much it disappeared

On Thursday December 7th around 6 pm my daughter and I went in for some dinner! I ordered a blt double bacon! The same thing I’ve ordered for 20 years! The young lady laid out 8 pieces of bacon so I kindly asked is that double bacon? She very rudely replied with yes it is! I knew better but didn’t continue the argument knowing the 12 inch sub double bacon would be 16 pieces! We moved forward with my daughters rotisserie chicken salad the girl was going to dump the chicken without draining and my daughter tried to ask her to just put it in a separate container so she could drain it but the young lady dumped it in passed it on and moved along!

I placed my delivery order on 6/16/24 @ 6:13 pm. While tracking my order the delivery time got changed three times. How is it that it takes almost 2 hours for a footling, a bag of Doritos and an OJ? The last time I ordered delivery it was just as ridiculous on delivery time.

I just was in there on my lunch break. I didn’t know they closed at 8pm. I got there at like 8:02 and the door was open. I went in and the young lady working was extremely rude. When she made my sandwich she just threw the meat in the bread. Then she thought I asked for a different sandwich but I told her no. And she continued to be very rude. Didn’t ask if I wanted any cheese. I will most likely not be returning. All she had to do is let me know hey we’re closed and I would have gone somewhere else.

I would have posted 0 stars if possible! Waited in line for 25 minutes to even order my food! (and felt even worse for the woman that ordered her food on the app and had to come back twice before it was even made before I got cashed out!) Not happy to pay $16 for a sandwich! Welcome your customers, move with quickness, get a system of who’s taking orders, adding toppings, ringing out and what to do about online orders. You can’t ignore the lobby for online’s and when online’s come to store tell them it’s bad timing
