Customer service was good. My complaint was the 2 sandwiches we got, one flatbread & one Italian bread. I asked them to lightly toast the flatbread only. Once I got home it was so hard we could of made pita chips. Wife could not even bite into her sandwich she could only eat the fixings inside. The second sandwich, Italian bread was so hard that the top was actually breaking/flaking off. So bad that the bread was actually turning more into a powder and not crumbs. These have to be the worst sandwiches we have ever had. This is not the first time something like this has happen to us but I normally will brush it off and give them a second chance. After this round I don’t think I can return to this location, to many of the same issues. Good luck to the other customers, hopefully your experience is better than ours.

Honestly, we stopped because my husband wanted a quick bite and i used their restroom. My husband stood by the counter to order and no one came out from the back. He saw people look to see if there was any customers, but they never came out to see what he wanted. We are Hispanic, and do speak English, so we hate when people ignore us so they don’t have to deal with someone who may not speak the language…. ugh

The only place to get a quick bite within 15 miles. I use the app to order. My first view is a man smoking a cigarette right in front of the building. I go in to pick up, I am apologetically informed fountain drink that my fountain drink of choice that I ordered is unavailable and in fact there are only two options and there is no ice. I then view the bottles in the fridge and ask if I could upgrade to a bottle of which was told to go ahead and take one. The employee apologized. After I take my order with me and am looking through items I noticed the kids meal I ordered is only a sandwich missing a toy and a side. Please fix these issues, i pray your business thrives if all issue are dealt with

Tried to charge me $4 for cheese on my wrap, and no it wasn’t extra cheese. I ended up leaving and headed down the road to loves new subway 3 min down the road and the cheese was included, i then also asked how much extra was and they said .50 cents. Hopefully the owner gets pricing in check comparably as I personally won’t be returning after today, and I’m sure more will be done with this place as well.

i had ordered a mobile order and went in too see one person working, raymann, i think his name was, and he had 4 mobile orders of a bunch of sandwiches plus people coming in to order, he was frantically running around trying to make sandwiches and call his management team to send some one in. after he was basically done with one mobile order they had sent someone it’s. this guy deserves a raise.

both employees at the time were very unprofessional and seemed as if they were under the influence of something, our sandwiches were made very sloppy the cheese on the melt wasn’t melted and fell off when they cut it and just crammed it in the side rather than fixing it, on the other they asked about 5 times what we wanted for each thing, and when putting on the chicken they dropped about half of it in the cheese compartment and just dug it out with hand and threw it away and charged extra when i asked for more meat because of it, i asked for spinach and banana peppers and the one put way too much spinach and i asked for it to be removed and she put it in the bag as if she was zoned out and took forever just to use the register. very unprofessional..

Expensive and not fresh, not good at all.
$17,00 dollars for a foot long. I wont care if the vegetables are fresh, I didn’t even get lettuce because it was brown.
The lady was trying to give me the best spinach because it was bad also.

Stop here if you like no bread selection and long wait times. What every cheapo owns this place needs to get it together. Let your staff serve your customers! Let the staff have food prepared, order correct amounts of food for shipments. Why are you guys always out of bread at 6pm?
Update** went there at 1pm on a Saturday and the guy was by himself, w no bread. Cheapo owner wants to save money due to the minimum wage increase so he typically only staffs the store w 1 person. Yes, 1 person….
