I would say the worst experience of my life. I have left the place feeling like I do not want to eat anymore at all. You’ll see the pictures. This lady was so rude. She was serving me the meatballs out of a plastic bag. They were warm and they were in a plastic bag. I’m not sure why there’s a plastic bag and then she said it was Subway rules to serve it like that to have it in the plastic bag and serve it out of the plastic bag and after I took a picture of the plastic bag, she got super annoyed and super hostile, and she started being very rude and she said that I couldn’t take pictures and I’m not allowed to take pictures. She also said that if I don’t want it, I can just leave so I did. !!

I ordered 3 footlongs and a 6 in. sub. I had told the employee I wanted american cheese on my sandwich and no cheese. They were very skimpy on 2 of the sandwiches nothing like advertised in photos. I also said 3 footlong meals and the 6 in meal. Got 4 bags of chips with my 4 meals but she only gave me 3 cups and said I didnt pay for a meal for the 6 in sub. Not only that she forgot to ring up the 6 in sub and that was any extra $8 something. It’s 8 dollars for a 6 in turkey sub. Yea no. I won’t be back. Horrible.

I was a loyal customer to this location for years. I’m a patient customer, but I can’t tolerate misleading advertising. They have had a 2 for 15.99 Sub deal for awhile now from 12:00 -7:00. There is nothing that states any limitations. Two weeks ago we learned it only applied to certain sandwiches, today you only get three vegetables. Really? No signs that say this anywhere. The amount of veggies is not even that much. This is false advertising 101. I also can validate that the customer does not matter to this store. I feel bad for Subway owners as it is corporate screws you guys over. That doesn’t mean you can use deceiving business practices on us and expect loyalty. There are two other Subways in the close proximity 3 including Crestwood. A Jimmy John’s and a Mr. Sub.

I came to the restaurant at 9:50am to find out they aren’t open until 10am. I then went next door to Posh Salon to inquire their services I came out to see if subway was open yet it is now 10:08 and they still aren’t open. As I am typing this finally one of the workers came and I asked her does she need time to set up she said yes and that she apologized for running late I’m giving this a 3 star rating because of her apology and the service she gave me in the store just now while making my food, but the time of opening should have been updated on google so people won’t waste their gas to get food.

I asked for little extra mayonnaise , she gave me a face and put a lot more than asked. I still said thank you. I felt so awkward , I understand they speak another language. I speak Spanish , myself but I felt awkward because they were talking to each other when I asked to pay in cash in 7$ and 8$ in card. I still gave them a tip. I miss the old owner, she always talk to me and make fun of my order.

I came here to get a foot long pretzel, it was 2 guys working here, the first one who put my pretzel in the toaster overcooked it and it was hard so I told them it was hard and the other took it from me and seen that it was hard too, he got upset and threw it in the garbage and he made another one so this time it was soft, I asked for A cup of ranch sauce he told me I had to get a cup of honey mustard I told him I don’t want honey mustard so he gave me the ranch and I said, thank you for the pretzel that was made this time it was soft he didn’t say nothing back, and he was still upset for having to throw the hard pretzel away I will not come here while these two guys are working. One doesn’t know what he’s doing and the other one is upset when you tell there’s something wrong with the order

I went there on Dec 2 2023 since I work in area , a hour later got so sick & dizzy & threw up 7 times & never ever go there again! I just read reviews & see how everyone talked about how dirty & how the exterminator was there spraying around the sandwiches area & a ex employees review on here stating he worked here & how dirty & how they serve old food!!!! Terrible!

Ordered a Bogo footlong subs from the app and for whatever reason the lady’s behind the counter said that they cancelled my order, didn’t give me a heads up and they actually cancelled my order after I left the store. will not be coming back here again
