I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years. Like any restaurant, they’ve had ups and downs in food quality, but recently the situation has become unacceptable. One of the staff members consistently ignores basic food-handling and hygiene rules. I have personally witnessed her sneezing and coughing over food without covering her face or the food.
When I politely raised concerns and asked her to follow basic hygiene practices, she responded dismissively, saying “it’s my store.” That attitude is alarming and unprofessional. Food safety is not optional, and customers should not be exposed to health risks. Authorities should seriously needs to address this before someone gets sick. @CDPH

I went specifically cause I had gift cards. The wifi was down? They could not take either of my gift cards or even my credit card. Cash only with no sign saying so and Im very hungry. Not happy especially when I know you already made my sandwich!!

Went in here because the app wasn’t working per usual and I had a great deal to redeem in store for a foot-long for six bucks. When I redeemed it, he just looked at me and said I can’t use it. I said, but it’s redeemed which means it’s in your system. He just looked at me and said no you have to pay full price. He turned the computer system around to show me something. I don’t know what I was looking at, but he looked at me to figure out how to enter a discount. The staff is VERY poorly trained. Customer service is non existent.

For some reason, THIS location never has their APP turned on, so I cant order with my app, use my points, or use the available coupon offers. And they don’t say anything when I tell them. They look at me. And literally shrug. They SHOULD apologize and offer the same deals as my app. But they don’t. Their phone also doesn’t work, ever. Horrible customer service, which is why I only go there when I have to at 7am, when no other sub shops are open yet.

Went here and asked them if they could use my ranch (pictured below) on my sandwich because it’s for food allergens and they refused. Not only that when I tried to just put it on myself while dining they came over and yelled at me and said, “THIS IS FLAVORTOWN! YOU BEST GET OUT NOW!”
Unbelievable to be honest.
They also refused to take my coupons unless I showed ID which is odd of them but since I wanted half off of my bag of chips I couldn’t refuse. Truly a haunting experience and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Or I would if they weren’t so close to where I live.

The toasted steak sandwich was almost cold, Dr. Pepper, on the other hand, was not just flat but also warm. Bread is stale.
The guy making my sandwich was on his phone the whole time, mumbling into his earpiece.
Very skimpy on veggies except for lettuce. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing I told him to go easy on.

I had came in at 7:40 when it says online that they close at 9 PM He told us that he was packing up already and barely had any stuff I came in and I asked for plain bread and he started yelling at us saying tell me your sandwich that you wanna and when I asked for plain bread with chicken and bacon, he said there was no chicken and bacon only ham and turkey left so I had accepted it and got the turkey as I was walking by. I saw that there was still chicken and bacon left and he said that there was none left.

Came in on labor day for a quick bite. I got a steak and cheese wrap and the worker microwaved the meat even though it should be toasted iwth cheese in the oven. Didn’t wrap it up well so when i got to it it was falling apart and I had to eat it with a fork. He asked me if I wanted it cut, told him yeah he made a small cut around the wrap but didn’t actually cut it. I’d ask for my money back but I doubt they will.
