I love Subway but this location has really bad customer service. They guy makes up his own rules about coupon use and I had never ever been to this location before. I told him I’d go to another store and he told me I’m wasting more money in going somewhere else for what I’ll buy. Talk about loyalty!

Worker coughed nonstop all over my food, uncovered, while assembling the sandwich. $11 for trash sandwich with covid seasoning on top. Gross. I shouldnt have even paid for it and went somewhere else but took one bite and threw it away. Also if you ask for onion make sure she doesnt make half of your sandwich onions like she did with mine. Twenty minutes later and I still taste red onion. Also almost forgot to mention there was a hair in my food. Anyways – thought it would be a good low calorie lunch and I was right because I didnt eat anything. Haunting experience. Dont go here.

So i usually don’t do reviews on anything but this experience at this subway was just like yea someone has to hear this. I’m going to keep it short by saying i believe i saw Hair in my sandwich and i noticed when i used the bathroom someone was in there at first and come to find out it was the guy that made my sandwich, that being said i noticed when i used the bathroom right after him i didn’t see no type of signs that he washed his hands like that sink was dry so which made me believe he didn’t wash his hands. I came at 10.30 pm Yesterday ordered 3 sandwiches 2 Philly steak sandwiches and one veggie flatbread I asked the worker to toast them and they weren’t correct The meat wasn’t fresh and the cheese was not melted enough and I tried to call the location to complain about my order no one answered they only care about taking the money and not making them sandwiches correctly The food was horrible we ended up throwing the food away when we got home bad service not a good friendly worker he is just lazy never will we go back there ever yuck shame on that location poor customer service

I rarely go to Subway. It’s been years. I went last Friday and picked up a tuna foot long sub at the Harlem location. Enjoyed it. Decided to go back tonight to the same location with a coupon. As I mentioned, Subway is not a place I frequent. I don’t frequent many fast food joints as I’m a terrific cook. I ordered the foot long tuna sub and when I gave the owner/manager the coupon, he said “we don’t take coupons. We haven’t taken coupons in 3 years”. It’s posted over there. Rings up the sub at full price and in that split second, I decided you know what….I would have paid full price, but his disgusting, demeaning attitude made me stop and say, “I don’t want it”. I turned and said, “sorry”. His reply was, “open your eyes”. Well my eyes are open. Will NEVER go there again and I hope all of Ridgewood High School NEVER goes there again!!!
