Awful service. I placed an order in the morning that was supposed to be for noon, but I forgot to put that on the order (my fault). BUT I had called them to ask if they could adjust it, but nobody answered. I called 12 times and when I got there around noon the lady was like “well our phone was disconnected or something.” Why?? There’s no reason for that when that’s the only phone number you guys have. I asked if they could remake it and they said they could re-toast it (it had lettuce on it already, so obviously no), but she said they couldn’t remake it because “it’s not their fault”. It is your fault if you guys don’t answer your damn phone. Completely ridiculous…….

EDIT: I should mention the lady wasn’t nasty about it, and I understand she was doing her job, but it’s still dumb

Horrible horrible food as soon as we finished eating we felt sick . Then I looked at my kids sandwiches and I was in it for a surprise. The spinach was literally rotten and saggy. See photos. Th grilled chicken is fake not real chicken

I ordered an Italian veggie bread with cheese, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, jalapeños, and avocado toast, costing around $7—perfect for a light meal.

The taste was superb—the fresh veggies, creamy avocado, and spicy jalapeños blended beautifully with the melted cheese, making every bite a flavor explosion. The quality was impressive, with fresh ingredients that elevated the sandwich.

The quantity was just right for brunch, leaving me satisfied, and the $7 price felt like a great deal for the taste and quality.

I ordered a small 6″ Subway Club wrap from the screen, showing a price of $7.99. At the checkout the girl rings me up for the large size $12.89. I told her I ordered the small wrap and she insisted that the wraps are 1 price only. The price on the screen CLEARLY shows 2 sizes and prices, but yet she still uttered it’s 1 size only. If I had more time to where I was going, I would’ve walked out and gone somewhere else. Biggest rip off artist restaurant I’ve ever encountered. Who the hell would know that there is 1 price only when having a pricing screen like this ?Subway is 1 of the worst run companies ever. NEVER GOING AGAIN EVER.

It was open, and I was hungry. That gets one stars. I was saved by what I realized was the manager, as she’d ask me a question, and then turn to another employee while I was answering,turn back to me and ask the same question again. She just walked away after handing me my receipt with my sandwich still on her side of the register. I reached over the register to get it and left. Another feature is the locked restroom which require a pin code to enter.

Whenever I’ve stopped here for food the people working here have been very rude and unhelpful to me. Every other Subway in the country that I have been to have had very friendly workers most of whom will go out of their way to strike up a conversation with me. Not this place though. The food tasted pretty good at least and the restaurant seemed clean. Something else that is not the restaurants fault was the other customers eating there had the look of hate in their eyes.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Lucy at Subway! She is always such a pleasure to talk to and consistently goes above and beyond when making my sandwiches. Every time she takes my order, I know it’s going to be a great lunch. She has this amazing way of making sure every ingredient is balanced—never too much sauce, lettuce, or anything else. Each bite is even, and I can actually taste every fresh ingredient.

I work in the same building, so it’s super convenient to run downstairs when I’m slammed with work. Honestly, I get so excited when I see Lucy is working because I know my lunch is in great hands. No soggy spinach, no questionable tomatoes—just fresh, crisp cucumbers and everything perfectly put together.

Thank you, Lucy, for always taking such care and pride in what you do. You truly make a difference in my day!

Female worker was so rude because I ordered on the app and forgot to add any sides on my turkey sandwich. She refused to add anything lettuce tomatoes etc and wrapped up a plain turkey sandwich with just bread. Then the guy in the back came out telling me to hurry up and get out the store when I was complaining about the sandwich and called me a B word. I have never had such bad service in my life. Of course I cancelled my ordered and will be calling corporate.
