I reached the Subway just a few minutes before closing time, and honestly, I wasn’t sure if they’d even take my order. But the guy working there was really nice, he took my order without any attitude, and prepared everything fresh just like it was the middle of the day. I really appreciate his positive attitude and great service, even at the end of a long shift. It’s small gestures like this that make a big difference.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would. Staff messed up more than one sandwich after not listening to what I was ordering. My daughter wanted a kids meal but wanted a soda so I gave her my cup and I drank her juice. The man who couldn’t clearly communicate with me due to a language barrier came out to the lobby and verbally attacked me saying I needed to pay extra since I was drinking the kids drink and my daughter was drinking my drink. The other lady that was working had to come to the lobby and pull him behind the counter away from me because of how aggressive he was.

Place apparently closes at 10pm but the doors are clocked at 9:40pm… He is just sitting there on his phone. Had a problem with the guy before. HORRIBLE customer service btw !

Ordered multiple sandwiches and bag ripped immediately after picking it up. Asked for another bag and was given attitude to be careful just to have the other bag rip. Also had multiple drinks but they didn’t have drink holders. So I have a bag that’s ripping and a handful of drinks. For the money spent you think Subway would care more about customers interactions.

No meat with the bread it’s a rip off then to pay $2 for a scoop of meat is ridiculous.. I’m not against a veggie sub. But I’ll order one if I wanted it. The meat never meets the end of the bread.. waste of time for me I’ve been 3x in the last week epic fail each time.. the tuna and the steak might as well been a 4inch worth of meat spread thin ..
Go but be prepared to pay extra for what you think you’re getting..

Staff is not friendly at all the women that served me had a horrible attitude and then made the wrong sandwich and she even repeated to me what I wanted and still made the wrong one after going back she was even worse and gave my wife a hard time and didn’t even want help us after going back and fourth she gave us the right sandwich. I definitely contacted corporate about this. I would stay away from this resturant

Great customer service by the people who operate this location, the Moon couple. The lady made the sandwich quickly and really well. They were well stocked on all of the meats and veggies! They had all types of bread available. There is plenty of seating inside if you dine in. I highly recommend this location for your Subway sandwiches.

Completely ignored my husband while he kept asking them if they had the lemonade I ordered. Instead of attending to him they huddled in the corner conversing, laughing loudly, not paying attention to the restaurant. He eventually just walked away. I am making sure to contact corporate.
