I live close to this Subway at the other one in North Aurora by the post-office and I will always go here, usually, because the people who work here are just so kind and friendly! I was so embarrassed… I was short like $1.50 and the worker found a coupon for me and scanned it, so I would have enough to pay. Every other worker has been very nice as well. Product tastes great as usual!

Had been craving a meatball sub for awhile & finally decided to get one & it was the worst one I’ve ever had. I don’t know weather they changed the ingredients of the sauce & meatballs or if it was old & repeatedly used for days. It tasted disgusting & definitely not worth the money spent on it. Service was good & friendly,but I will be going to a different location for verification of changed sauce/meatballs or if they were old.

The employees are very approachable. For a small hidden location they’re busy from time to time and usually 1 person working so im not mad when their customer service skills go off script. Fresh food and always stocked on chips and cookies.

Went into subway around 8:24 p.m. at 249 genesis in North Aurora.Girl was cleaning and never acknowledged that we walked in the store. I asked if she had flat bread, she said yes and I said wanted tuna in flat bread. She proceeded to continue to clean. We walked out. Poor service
