I placed an order online and was charged, but when I arrived to pick up my food, I was told they never received my order. Even after showing proof of the charge, the employee offered no real help and made no effort to resolve the issue caused by their system. I was told I’d have to wait for a refund but still couldn’t get my order. Very disappointing customer service—I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This is our go to location on route to Brookfield zoo. Location is run by a father son duo and they are very courteous & generous. Our sandwiches were very well made. The owner treated our kids with free chips and drinks.

There is a older man with very horrible teeth that is very rude and not good for your business! I’ve left on 2 occasions now due to his horrible attitude! The first time he tried to give me old meat and this time old lettuce and then told me i could leave if i didn’t like the brown wilting lettuce he was trying to put on my sandwich! I think the other employees are great but due to this man still being employed there, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location!

Great customer service! Everything was well stocked and clean. The lady who made my sandwich was very polite. The management is also very kind. He thank me and was appreciative for choosing this location. This location has regulars so this is great Subway. Thank you for being so kind and taking the extra step to make me feel welcome.
