i have never even been to this subway. i dont even live in illinois. but my subway account was hacked and a tuna sandwich was ordered to this location. but when i called to cancel the order they said they could not cancel the order. you also cannot cancel an order in the app. so this order is allowing someone to eat their nasty 6in tuna sandwich on my dime

Omg, service was on point and server was very attentive. He even made sure to finish sandwiches and wraps before he took off his gloves. He was careful not to contaminate. What I like the most is he assured me I was going to love my wrap.

I went about 3:30, so not busy. Ordered the meatball marinara 6″ sub, for carryout (special for Wednesday). Used the $3.99 coupon for sub only. I was very pleased with this sub. Cheese and toppings came with it too! I had it toasted; it was so warm, with melted cheese, just wonderful to get a fresh, hot sandwich and not have to fight or beg restaurant staff for it, imagine that? Great sub, great value! Per photo, I had my own beverage and snack crackers.

I have been coming to this location for over a year and everytime I go, I always have a good experience. One of the employees who works there is Manish. He knows me so well, he knows the exact sandwich I want and how I want it made. Any time I go in he welcomes me with a sincere smile and asks how my day is. I’ve seen Manish and how much hard work he puts in prepping for the days and to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve had conversations with him multiple times and the biggest thing that stuck with me was how much it pleases him to make the customers happy and to provide them with the best meal possible. Manish does amazing work there and if you want the best experience and sandwhich, ask for Manish.

The olives on our sandwiches were spoiled! They smelled really really off and strange. I won’t be trusting this place again. I’ve never had this experience at any other Subway.
I’m warning the public about this place. It’s not worth getting sick or taking a risk.
Update: I submitted my feedback to Subway and received a robo response from the owner not addressing my request for a refund.
I’ve also spotted a few fake 5 star reviews. I won’t expose details, but I’ve reported them and confirmed the reviewers have a conflict of interest with the owner.
