The main problem at this Subway is the kids they choose to hire. They are clueless to anything that’s going on regarding your online order. They either didn’t know, hadn’t seen the online order, forgot, hadn’t made it yet, or they don’t have what you want so they cancel your online order without you knowing.
Now you have to wait days on a reimbursement, no sandwich, and you’re still hungry.
I’ve dealt with the same issues from this Subway at least 4 to 5 times with online orders.
Save your time, money, and avoid the aggravation.
Said she always schedules a male and a female together. One for the brains, another for the strength…because girls are smarter than boys right?
The soup was cold. Tasted like it was made so long ago.
New management
I entered the restaurant to my surprise. There were 3 melanin young adult men working behind the counter.
They worked together, and they were helpful to one another. They were polite and were not loud and yelling. The young name that service me was very nice. My bread choice he was nice to look over it to make sure it was perfect, which it was. He made my sandwich properly. While talking to him, i learned he is a thinker, and he came up with something there i think was the best idea ever. As simple as it might be. However, it’s an idea that works.
Great job, young men keep striving for greater.
